"The room had a strange odor, which is understandable for a newly opened hotel, but the service experience was truly awful. Even for a Hilton Garden Inn, this level of service is unacceptable. On the day of check-in, I honked my horn at the hotel entrance, hoping staff would help with my luggage. A slightly overweight man at the front desk clearly saw me but remained completely unresponsive and offered no assistance. After checking out, I called the hotel to inquire if I had left anything in the room. Firstly, the hotel provided no feedback or response. Secondly, during the call, the staff member's attitude was terrible, repeatedly asking, "What's your name??" Basic courtesy and politeness were completely lacking. I'm not nitpicking; these are all genuine experiences from my stay, and the overall feeling was very bad."

"This is terrible! Is this a chain store? The room smelled incredibly strong of smoke as soon as I entered, and the soundproofing was awful. I was woken up by the sound of doors opening and closing at night, and I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway. I suspect it's a miniature Leiyin Temple (a famous Buddhist temple in Taiwan). Is this the standard for All Seasons Hotels?"
