MMs RainOverall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

GGuest UserThis hotel is great, highly recommended! It's clean and hygienic with five-star service. The location is super convenient for getting anywhere, right in the heart of the city. At night, there's a street full of snack stalls, so you'll never have to worry about late-night munchies.

GGuest UserI was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The decor is luxurious and grand. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu, even upgraded my room, which made my stay so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was cozy, and the service was heartwarming. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shanwei.

Health is a bit uncomfortable. The service is quite satisfactory and there is no wrong place and no enthusiasm. Because the member delayed the check-out, I didn't urge me to feel good. Did not take pictures, with pictures casually.

GGuest UserWe were a family with a three-year-old, and our little one had an absolutely fantastic time! I think this staycation made her fall in love with swimming. The room facilities are a bit old. If you don't turn the AC down to 16 degrees, it does get a bit humid and musty. The walk from the lobby to the guest room elevators is quite a distance. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but the taste was just average, and it gets super crowded after 9 AM. The beach is very close by, and the balcony view is also quite nice. Despite some minor flaws, for a three-year-old, this was definitely a happy memory, and it was worth it. I'd highly recommend it for families with young children, but probably not for couples, as there are genuinely a lot of kids around.😅😅

AAnonymous UserUpgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute.
we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities.
location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery.

Perhaps because it's the off-season, the prices weren't high, and it seems like most of the hotels in the area are apartments. The room was well-equipped, and they generally provided disposable toiletries, which was reassuring. The cleanliness wasn't as bad as some reviews mentioned. The room was very close to the beach, probably about 50 meters as the crow flies; it's only a two- or three-minute walk to the sand. It's great value for money; for around 100 yuan, you can't really complain.
