The moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff immediately offered a hot tea, instantly melting away my travel weariness. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was designed with a minimalist yet cozy aesthetic, and the bedding was so incredibly comfortable that I never wanted to leave, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. Smart amenities like the intelligent toilet and wireless charging ports truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Plus, the hotel provides complimentary laundry and drying services, which is a total lifesaver for people like me! The surrounding area offers fantastic options for dining and shopping, and transportation is incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the front desk even presented a small gift at check-out โ my impression of this hotel couldn't be higher! From now on, Atour will definitely be my go-to choice for future travels!

AAnonymous UserI finally got around to writing my 800-word essay! Violet B&B was a love-at-first-sight guesthouse for me. I immediately knew it was the one! After checking in, I discovered even more surprises. First, the location is fantastic, within walking distance of Liuxing Street, making it convenient for getting around. Nearby are a variety of restaurants and convenience stores, and away from the bustling city, the environment is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The design is unique, and the owner's meticulous attention to detail is evident in every detail, including the furniture and bedding. Every photo is a standout. The room is spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and it even has a projector, making it perfect for my kids to catch up on their TV shows. Highlights!!! (Important things require three exclamation points) I especially want to highlight the owner and the beautiful front desk lady. Their service was incredibly attentive. The owner's breakfast was incredible. Knowing we were with our kids, she even made seaweed balls, which the kids devoured immediately. And then there's my favorite egg pancake, so fluffy and soft, I finished off a plate! On our first day, they even took me to pick up a package on their electric scooter, just in case I got lost. It was so touching (I took a photo to commemorate this). The friendly hostess even offered me a free iced Americano before I went for a stroll. It was a refreshing relief from the scorching summer heat! Overall, it was a great experience, providing a safe and restful home during our trip. I'll definitely choose Jinse again next time I'm in Yining! Five stars without hesitation!

The only downside is the location - while it is relatively near to the train station and bus depot to other cities, there is nothing much in the vicinity. Overall, good cosy stay.

It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

BBabydollllI stayed in this hotel for a total of five days. During this period, I didn't want to leave more and more. I really liked it. This will be my favorite hotel in Yining City. No matter the hygiene, environment, service, attitude, facilities, they are all top-notch. I like it so much. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel are also very nice. I like them very much. The cleaning auntie is also very enthusiastic, so I can't find any problems. At four or five in the morning, they said that the TV projection screen was broken, and they came up to check it without complaint. Finally, they changed our room. In short, I stayed very, very happily and comfortably! Besides, direct sunlight is very comfortable ๐

The hotel is nestled in Liuxingjie (Six-Star Street), the vibrant heart of Yining city. It's just a 2-minute walk to the Yining Liuxingjie Folk Tourism Area. Open your window to the vibrant cityscape of Yining โ exploring Yining, even with luggage, is a breeze!
**Sterile-level Hygiene ๐งผ**
The entire experience was a 'godsend for germaphobes'! Bedding is sterilized with medical-grade high-temperature steam, and even the pillowcases had 'sterilized' seals attached to their seams. Every tile grout line was meticulously cleaned, with fluorescent detection agents used to ensure absolute cleanliness. Walking barefoot, there was absolutely no dust or sticky feeling.
**Beyond-expectation Service ๐ซ**
The Uyghur girl at the front desk offered 'trilingual service' (Mandarin/Uyghur/Sign Language), which was truly impressive! Noticing our fatigue from driving, she proactively upgraded us to a scenic view room and extended our check-out to 4 PM. The complimentary late-night nourishing dessert (local specialty chickpea yogurt drink) soothed both our stomachs and hearts.
**Oasis-like Environment ๐ฟ**
Under century-old diversiform-leaved poplars, an active canal flows, fed by pristine waters from the Tianshan Mountains. Lavender scents wafted through white-gauze pavilions. The rooftop starlight bar offers panoramic views of Liuxingjie and the city lights โ every photo taken here is a masterpiece, no filters needed.
**Unforgettable Details:** Upon check-out, we received a complimentary handmade embroidered Atlas silk luggage tag from the hotel. It came with a 'Hand-drawn Map of Yining Alleyway Delicacies' โ this thoughtful, personalized touch makes Yining Kunlun Hotel my absolute reason to return to Xinjiang!

The front desk service is polite and efficient. There are two suggestions for improvement: one is that the bathroom shower handle is leaking seriously; the other is the problem of outsourcing breakfast. As a four-diamond hotel, the outsourced restaurant service is a bit behind. There is no fruit, Western food, juice, coffee, etc., and there is a limit of one egg and milk tea. , beef noodles, etc., you have to pay extra. The most important thing is that the restaurant service staff keep shouting not to waste, waste will be fined, we are all adults, why bother? The breakfast was so boring that it really lowered the hotel's quality.
