GGuest UserI lived here in early February. At first, I made a reservation for two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed here for two more days. The hotel is located near Lyusin Street, where New Year's Eve events took place in February. There is also a bus station five minutes away by taxi, which I came to from Kazakhstan.
The room itself is decorated in cozy, warm colors and in a national style. The mattresses and pillows are very soft, and there is also a blanket for the bed, which is rare in China. There is also a tatami mat where you can have breakfast or do yoga, overlooking the street. The rooms are constantly cleaned and kept clean throughout the hotel. I would like to separately praise the reception and kitchen staff. The reception staff was always ready to help with any problems or suggest how to get to the sights. The kitchen staff, if you didn't have time to have breakfast or wanted to sleep longer, will let you pick up food in a container and then heat it in the microwave.
So far, this is the best hotel in all of China.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, well thought out, and modern. The room was comfortable and high-tech, and it was clear that a lot of attention was given to guests’ convenience.
I would especially like to thank the girls at the reception. They were very kind, helpful, and attentive, and they always assisted us with every question we had. Thanks to them, our stay felt even more pleasant and comfortable.
We would be happy to stay here again.

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

GGuest UserI can't believe I found such a clean and comfortable hotel at this price point! The room was simple but had everything I needed – the AC, hot water, and Wi-Fi were all very stable. Its location near the newly opened Xinyue Mall makes getting around super convenient. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and even helped store our luggage. For budget travelers who still want a worry-free stay, this place is truly excellent value for money!

GGuest UserClean and tidy, the scenery is also great, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance! You can directly see the state government and cloud data center downstairs, and the night view is also beautiful at night. There are department stores and many delicious foods nearby. Just a 2-minute walk downstairs you can find Zhencifang Xinjiang fried rice noodles and hometown grilled skewers recommended by locals! The lady at the front desk is so beautiful and nice!

Cleanliness: The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was dry and odorless, and the bathroom was free of water stains and unpleasant smells, making me feel very safe and comfortable.
Facilities: The facilities were complete and well-maintained. The mattress was the perfect firmness, the shower had great water pressure, and the hot water came on quickly. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for working or watching shows.
Service: Check-in was quick and the receptionist was very friendly. They even proactively asked if I needed luggage storage upon check-out, which was very thoughtful.
Location/Transportation: The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby.
Overall, it's a very cost-effective choice. Whether for business or leisure, choosing this place is definitely a safe bet.
