All the light switches in the room light up automatically when you get close, so you don't have to fumble around in the dark trying to find them. It's a really thoughtful design. We visited during Chinese New Year, and when we checked in, the kids could write 'fu' characters (good fortune) in the lobby. The front desk even proactively offered a complete set of toiletries for the children and informed guests that they could help with laundry. Every little detail showed the excellent service awareness of a good hotel. Five-star rating! I highly recommend Licheng to all friends visiting Yili! 👍🏻"

There’s multiple supermarkets, convenience shops, food shops just right outside the hotel making it super convenient. Breakfast and supper are fantastic as well. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s really value for money and you will surely have a good time staying here."

"Traveling during the off-season, this hotel offers incredible value for money at its price point. It's conveniently located not far from both the train station and Liuxing Street. I arrived in Yining by train from Urumqi early in the morning, and it was still dark when I got to the hotel. The front desk was kind enough to allow me to check in early. During my stay, they even brought a complimentary fruit platter with grapes. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!"
