Overall, a fantastic stay! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free; the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very soundly. Front desk staff L was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were quick. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around, and great value for money. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The hotel is located on a small, quiet island with good facilities and excellent service. However, the hotel's management philosophy needs improvement. Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric.

It is better to have robots deliver meals to the room. You must eat raw powder for takeout. 4. One point deducted for facilities: the design of the underground parking lot is not reasonable. We came to this city for our Southern China tour and booked this hotel. It is next to the wet market, plenty of street hawkers and food stalls come with great offering in the late evening. The night market is about 2 streets away and walkable on foot. However, the public bus stop leading to train station is a bit far on foot from this hotel.
