Receptionist Du and Front office Manger Ms Li provided excellent service with a friendly attitude throughout the stay, very impressed by the friendliness of Manager Li, she offered to help my husband and my daughter to get to the swimming pool and exchange cash for me which most people won’t do, and Nancy and Xue le are also mega helpful with checking out and bringing pour luggages to the Taxi, what’s also very impressive ist that we foegot the teddy of my daughter in the room and the staff helped us deliver it to my parents place, everybody is very kids friendly.
