Guest UserHello, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their kindness, their professionalism, their understanding, in particular the responder and the manager himself. It was stated that pets are allowed although this is not the case. Despite everything, the people in charge allowed me to keep my animal otherwise I would be on the street after more than 5 hours of driving. Thank you to Trip.com for kindly correcting the information transmitted to the hotel so that other customers do not experience unpleasant situations as could have been the case for me if the staff had not had this humanist background and understanding. Thank you again, cordially. A client who recommends this hotel for all the charm that makes it up, both professionally and for its atypical and truly beautiful style right in the center 👌🏼🙂

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Suisse in Algiers. The welcome was outstanding from the moment I arrived, thanks in particular to the receptionist, Célia, whose professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Always smiling, attentive, and available, she responded to all my requests efficiently and thoughtfully. Thanks to her, I immediately felt at ease and perfectly taken care of. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and ideally located, but it is truly the quality of the service, especially Célia's, that makes the experience exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment!

There is a lot of restaurants near the hotel, and then the breakfast bank can also order lunch and dinner, the service staff is very friendly, award-winning Chinese and English

I arrived at midnight. The pick-up was great, and I was tired, so I went up to my room to sleep. The room was very clean, and I fell asleep immediately. The next morning, I went to my appointment and left my suitcases at the hotel. When I returned, I picked up my suitcases to leave, but I didn't have time to stay and eat. It's a shame I didn't get to try their food; it was Ramadan, and I was in a hurry to get home. I highly recommend it! 👍🫡

I loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law.
The room was spacious and well appointed.
Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind.
If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.

20 minutes walk from the Shopping mall ”Bab Ezzouar”, 8 mins drive from the airport (which is why we went there). We had two rooms, one with a working aircon, the other did not work. I would say this is a two star hotel experience, but the price reflected this, so I am not complaining. The staff members were nice.

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
