"Hello, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their kindness, their professionalism, their understanding, in particular the responder and the manager himself. It was stated that pets are allowed although this is not the case. Despite everything, the people in charge allowed me to keep my animal otherwise I would be on the street after more than 5 hours of driving. Thank you to Trip.com for kindly correcting the information transmitted to the hotel so that other customers do not experience unpleasant situations as could have been the case for me if the staff had not had this humanist background and understanding. "The service was excellent; they were very helpful even though I don't speak English 👍. The place was clean and tidy, and the price was great! There's also a currency exchange nearby, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away!"

GGuest UserJ’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel hier et je tiens vraiment à partager mon expérience. L’hôtel était super propre. Ma chambre était impeccable, les lits étaient parfaitement faits et la salle de bain était également très propre. L’eau chaude était délicieuse et très agréable.
Comme c’était le Ramadan, je suis arrivée à l’hôtel vers 19h. Je jeûnais avec mes enfants et l’hôtel a eu la grande gentillesse de garder notre repas pour nous. La table était soigneusement dressée et toute la nourriture nous attendait. Même le buffet des desserts était déjà prêt et ils n’ont rien débarrassé. Tout était là, prêt pour nous. C’était vraiment un geste très attentionné.
Le personnel est super, super gentil. Ils sont accueillants, attentionnés et toujours prêts à aider.
Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas extrêmement varié, mais il est largement suffisant pour le sahur pendant le Ramadan.
Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement.

We were expecting something very good but ultimately very disappointed.
The night staff were very smiling and available. A really very pleasant and appreciated point.

SSabohaI arrived at midnight. The pick-up was great, and I was tired, so I went up to my room to sleep. The room was very clean, and I fell asleep immediately. The next morning, I went to my appointment and left my suitcases at the hotel. When I returned, I picked up my suitcases to leave, but I didn't have time to stay and eat. It's a shame I didn't get to try their food; it was Ramadan, and I was in a hurry to get home. I highly recommend it! 👍🫡

GGuest UserI loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law.
The room was spacious and well appointed.
Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind.
If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.

The room has hair on the floor and the refrigerator is broken.

GGuest User20 minutes walk from the Shopping mall ”Bab Ezzouar”, 8 mins drive from the airport (which is why we went there). We had two rooms, one with a working aircon, the other did not work. I would say this is a two star hotel experience, but the price reflected this, so I am not complaining. The staff members were nice.

GGuest UserJ’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
