Itโ€™s a nice small hotel with a good location. The staffs are nice,too. We love the food because It has so many variety. We just have a little misunderstanding about the type of the hotel room. We ask for a queen bed but the hotel said they just can give us that type because itโ€™s an optional and no available room with queen room.

Strategic location! It's right opposite the botanical garden, just a short walk away. Plus, there's a pretty big shopping mall less than 500 meters from the hotel, making it super convenient for dining and picking up daily necessities.

Location is very central behind McD Bogor Botanical Garden. There is BTM mall just beside. Deluxe room is small but clean. Water heater works well. Pool size is ok for kids but the water is very cold. We opted room without breakfast so can't comment on d food. Breakfast is 100k per pax. Room twin bed is 120cm each. There is small fridge. But no hairdryer. I think the room is just lacking of space for putting things. If they put the tv on the wall it will be better

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, close to shops and transport, which made traveling very Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is great, away from traffic. Hotel interiors are amazing. Rooms, however, are a bit antiquated and needs renovation. Bathroom needs an anti-slip rag to prevent slipping. Buffet breakfast is fine. Staff are friendly.

Breakfast: So-so. The room's interior needs an update; there was peeling wallpaper and stained sheets. No fridge. The bed was soft and comfortable, but I felt itchy sleeping on it. Great location. Overall, it was decent for the price.

Their buffet is only for 3 stars hotel..not much selection..average in food quality... I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb... For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
