"There was a small issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The room was quite clean and spacious, and the first thing my son checked was the bathtub :).
We loved the breakfast they even had stalls for Indomie, Nasi Jamblang, and Jamu. The staff were all very friendly. Overall, we had a good rest, and my son had a lot of fun in the bathtub."

GGuest UserEverything was good, but the air conditioning felt hot. The room temperature was around 28-30 degrees Celsius even though the AC remote was set to 16 and the fan speed was at its highest. It only started to feel a bit cool towards dawn. Both rooms had the same issue.

RRinno muhamad alim gemiandoThe gold type room is very spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, you are given 4 bottles of water, the staff is also very helpful, the only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the room carpet which needs to be vacuumed every day.

AArdent travellerThe reception area is quite a large area. Nevertheless it should be lighted up from check-in time (if conserving energy was the reason for the lights turned off) as there was not enough natural light getting through.
I had thought i arrived at the wrong hotel as it was dark.
Otherwise, the ladies at the reception were courteous, friendly and accommodating.
Location wise, it was a nice walk through the food night market from the Cirebon train station.

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly strategic and convenient for getting around. It's close to two malls, Grage Mall and CSB. Legendary eateries and the palace are only about 2 km away. The room was very comfortable and clean, though I personally found the window a bit small. The staff service was excellent, and the room price was very affordable! It came with standard amenities but also a smart TV! I opted out of breakfast, so I can't review the food. When I arrived, the Wi-Fi wasn't great but still acceptable. There was a temporary water outage, but the staff were very quick to resolve the issue. Overall, considering the hotel's location, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the service, this hotel is highly recommended!

GGuest Uservery clean hotel, spacious room, hot shower with a good flow, towels, bottles of water and tea and coffee bags provided daily.... very kind staff, good location, breakfast to choose from and with the possibility of opting for a western breakfast... in short everything ok...
only flaw: the first night I was assigned room 101 whose window overlooks the fish tank below: the splashing and gushing of water kept me awake all night... the following day I had another room... I strongly advise travelers not to avoid room 101...
