GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didnโt have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

FFanosIt is located near epicentrum. This is an okay hotel if you need to re-check your needs to Gili. If you forget some things (Like I do. I forget to bring suimsuit. Wow...isn't it?) I bought some suim suit at the mall. Nail clipper, sunblock too. Other than that, I dunno why I would recommend this hotel. I could have been wiser to spend my money at other hotel. But if you must, don't try their breakfast. Un-hygiene. This is not suitable for family with kids.

MmochFrom Bali to Lombok at night around 12 o'clock, good service, fairly clean rooms and delicious food, very strategic location near the Mataram Islamic Center right in the city center and also Udayana Park... MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
