From Bali to Lombok at night around 12 o'clock, good service, fairly clean rooms and delicious food, very strategic location near the Mataram Islamic Center right in the city center and also Udayana Park... Suitable for backpackers or business people who want to stay here because of the price also affordable

The swimming pool is very good, very suitable for swimming and resting at night. The room hygiene is average, and mineral water is not provided, which is not good! I hope it will be improved in the future and consider the customer experience.

I've been here often but there are always only 5 paper towels, the soap is empty, and there are no rags in the bathroom.. The bathroom smells smelly when I first enter.. Then I'm often really disturbed by the sound of people moving things from upstairs.. Pillows, bed sheets, and the blankets often look dirty... Then there are no facilities such as sandals... Even though the floor is not very clean. . But it's still understandable because the price is quite cheap

It was a solid and clean room. I arrived very late, but I could still checkin and they even brought me to a restaurant to get some food. They were very friendly, but we had an internet outage, which was probably not their fault.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.
