LLeeJaehakI like the facilities very much because they are clean and spacious. Basically, there is no resident staff, so you need to check the email content well. Trip.com PIN and mail PIN are different, so I was confused, but you can use the PIN from the email.

GGuest UserA decent chain hotel, worse than the domestic Holiday Inn. But the price in Italy is quite acceptable. Not close to the center of Palma, there are large shopping malls nearby. The hotel has its own restaurant. The breakfast is good, especially breakfast is provided at 6:30 in the morning, which is earlier than other hotels, making it easy to rush on the road. Sound insulation is good, no noise at night. Has its own parking lot.

AAnonymous Userlocation is excellent for those who frequently travel by train. it’s just a 2 min. walk to the station. We had requested connecting rooms, but since the hotel didn’t have any available, they kindly upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.

GGuest UserSplendid Hotel designed by architect Pietro Zanlari. The building is an old agricultural structure transformed into a hotel. The architect's superb intervention is notable. Spacious and functional rooms. Not so much the quantity but the quality of the products on the breakfast buffet could be improved, but overall I recommend it. The presence of rabbits and a cute gilt in the garden is nice

Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

LLUISTRUEOld building, the room is not much better, the main hotel is very good, just in the downtown business district, not 10 minutes walk from Palma Central Station. The hotel's service staff are all elderly people, there is no passion, stayed for three days, breakfast is unchanged, of course, eating is not a problem!

GGuest UserОстанавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 20 лет. Если приезжаешь на машине - супер удобно - большая парковка, чистый воздух, Парма рядом, автострада тоже. Отель супер чистый, хоть уже не совсем молодой. Вечером можно поужинать обычной итальянской едой. Завтрак по утрам достаточно богатый, лучше, чем обычно в Италии. За свои деньги (около 100 евро, иногда меньше) очень хорошо.
