"I didn't have high expectations after looking at the Ctrip score, but many hotels were fully booked that night for the fireworks display, so I came to this hotel. It was actually OK.
The room is not small, the terrace is super large, you can see the sea, but it is blocked by high-voltage wires.
It's not far from Atami Station to the room, 10 minutes away, but you have to walk up the stairs or take an S-shaped road, which is a bit painful to carry a suitcase.
There is no bathroom in the room, only a public bath. There are very few people and it is almost reserved.
When I checked in at around 6:30, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call them to come out. It was a bit strange. And they also stipulated that the door is locked from 11pm to 6am the next day and no one can enter or leave."

The hotel's meticulous attention to detail is truly impressive: hidden TVs, smart home controls throughout, and a private, temperature-controlled, auto-filling hot spring tub on the balcony are all incredibly practical. The mattresses and bedding are from premium brands, and even the restaurant uses WMF cutlery. These details show that the hotel isn't just focused on appearances; it's genuinely committed to perfecting its offerings.
3️⃣ Hospitality and Experience
The overall operation demonstrates a sophisticated approach to hospitality. The hotel covers the taxi fare between the JR station and the hotel, and the mini-bar in the room is entirely complimentary. While these are small touches, they highlight the hotel's dedication to enhancing the guest experience.

Breakfast follows a refined Kaiseki-style with a French rhythm, served course by course, with the entire meal lasting nearly an hour. The dishes are few but of excellent quality, truly a 'small but exquisite' culinary journey.

Nightly turndown service, the staff's consistent smiles, the omelet chef at breakfast proactively delivering dishes to our table, and the patient and detailed assistance from a Chinese-speaking front desk employee all made the entire stay incredibly warm and pleasant.

The hotel boasts a convenient location with an almost unobstructed, front-row ocean view. The most enjoyable moments were soaking in the private hot spring on the balcony, gazing out at the sea – truly a quintessential vacation feeling.

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

CCHENVery satisfied with a stay experience, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. All balconies face the sea and bring 𠕇 private hot spring baths. Our family of five booked three rooms on two websites. The hotel contacted us in advance to learn about the height of the guests (with suitable bathrobes) and eating habits, specially for the cooked food that is not eaten raw. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The menu for two days has changed. The fish has lobster, sweet shrimp and various local season fresh fish and salmon. The cows are also fried in place, suitable for your requirements! The rooms are modern and simple and combine the style of traditional Japanese-style hotels. We have two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style rooms, which are quite satisfactory to each other.  Lounge on the eighth floor, facing the sea to taste cold, hot coffee and green tea, Japanese snacks and fruits, but also can be soaked in the feet from the balcony, you can get a good rest without the shop! The seventh floor has a good view and complete outdoor style... All the staff of the hotel are very warm, courteous and very professional! This is the most satisfying hotel for our family's vacation in Japan. We feel 100 points of the hotel and meet again next year!

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is located on a mountain, but they offer a shuttle service, so it didn't feel inconvenient. However, if you plan on going out for a stroll in the evening, this might not be the best place to stay as there's nothing around in the mountains.
Environment: The room's balcony offered beautiful mountain and sea views.
Room: It was a very spacious Japanese-style room, which I really liked.
Food: The meals provided by the hotel were quite simple and the taste was decent – enough to fill you up. I particularly enjoyed the eel rice for dinner.
Facilities: They have Chinese-speaking staff, karaoke, and a mahjong room, making it very suitable for trips with friends.

GGuest UserSelf checkin is much easier than expected, it highly recommends to make the checkin in advance that the Hotel will send the email to customer.
And please make a large sign for self-checkin tablet, it took a half minute to locate the tablet.
If you have any problem, just directly press the button “contact staff”, they will process to relevant staff (i.e. speak in Japanese, English or Mandarin).
It is walkable distance to the beach, convenience stores 7-11 and Family Mart, and many restaurants.
No clear instruction for cleaning, other than that, all is good for our stay.

TTengqisizhiCame here for the fireworks. You can soak in the hot springs at the hotel next to the fireworks display, have a buffet, then change into a yukata and head over leisurely. The hotel buffet even includes unlimited beer, cocktails, and more! I loved the chawanmushi, grilled fish, beef brisket, tempura... and there was sashimi too. For breakfast, I grabbed some natto, and wow, that's truly 'hellish' cuisine, haha! 🤣
They offer a JR station shuttle service. The driver was very nice and helped with our luggage. We decided not to take it on the way there because we wanted to explore the onsen town, but the hilly roads were quite a trek, very difficult to walk. I'd recommend just heading straight to check-in first, then exploring. The onsen also had a manga corner.
Oh, and you don't actually need to bring your own yukata for the fireworks! This hotel has many different patterns of yukata available for guests using the hot springs.

RrptshaIt can be seen that there are hotels that are old, and the facilities are relatively old. Like door keys, switches, sockets, and toilets, these look like the standard of a domestic 3-star hotel more than ten years ago. Because it is related to the beach, the room is a damp musty smell as soon as it enters, but there is a purifier in the room. It is not easy to book a room on the night of the fireworks conference, although the price may have doubled 3 times compared to the usual price. The room rate includes 2 large and 1 small, one berth and two meals, and 3 people have made the bed and put toiletries.
Breakfast and dinner are buffets. It is best to make an appointment with the hotel in advance for dinner. We don’t know. We went to the scene and were told that there was a second 20 o’clock. Fortunately, our driver sister and the front desk softly grinded hard and said that we were going to the beach to see the fire. We were transferred to the first session at 18:30. Although the quality of the buffet is not much, it tastes very good, especially fried shrimp, egg fried rice, steak. Soft drinks and beer are also free, and the meal time is 70 minutes.
After dinner, there are two roads from the hotel to the hydrophilic park google map, one passing through Atami Ginza, there are many people and cars and shops to walk slowly. If you want to feel lively, you can go here. We chose a path with steps along the river. It is not tired to go downhill to the beach. It takes about 12 or 3 minutes to get to the hydrophilic park. It is just right to see the fireworks here. If you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel (you can see a sign on the same day), but it will be blocked by the front building.
Be optimistic about the fire back to the hotel, you can also go to the large bathhouse on the 2nd floor to take a bath and soak in the hot springs, comfortable. The latest admission time for breakfast the next day is 9 o'clock.

PPumpkinOverall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.

11182665414Old hotel, very vicissitudes. Not far from the station, walking distance. There is a large bath in the ground, and there is a hot spring on the roof that can be booked. It feels good. This time, breakfast and dinner in the room were included. The performance was quite average and some disappointment. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel.
