Chatan Hotels with Free Breakfast

I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

(숙소 뒷편 바닥에 호실 숫자 기재되어있음) 조식은 휼룡하고 귀여운 고양이도 있어요 엘베도 귀엽고 인테리어 자체가 다 귀엽습니다 근처 로컬 맛집들도 보이는데 시간이 애매해 못즐긴게 아쉽네요. 숙소예약시 체크인에 필요한 정보 이메일로 입력하라고 날라오는데, 숙박 전 미리 입력해두어야 QR로 간편하게 체크인 가능합니다. 옥상은 비가와서 많이 못가봤는데 경치 좋아요. 근처에 미야기해변 산책로도 간단하게 있습니다. 아메빌까지는 가깝지만 더운 날 걷긴 좀 애매할거에요. 모든게 완벽한 갓갓 숙소

The cleanest hotel I've stayed in my whole life and I'm not even exaggerating. The place is spanking clean and even the shampoo and soap smells so good. Staff are very polite and helpful, and they even helped to call my taxi to the airport when I didn't manage to get one on Uber and GO. Walking distance to Chatan Beach, American Village and Family Mart. There's a washer/dryer in the building too for 300 yen.

Great location 2 minutes walk from the water. Great indoor and outdoor space for food and drinks. Also had local vendors items for sale inside the restaurant area. Comfy bed and plenty of space to put bags under the bed area. Usual amenities provided, also had towels to rent. Would definitely recommend!

Love the view! Can understand why this place is so popular. We arrived pretty late in the night and was worried that the check-in time is over but it is self check-in with iPad which makes it very convenient. Maybe they should update the details that can self check-in after staff hours.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the American Village. The surrounding area is very quiet at night, but sometimes someone is practicing fancy locomotives on the small road. It is noisy to close the balcony door and there is no sound. Hotel facilities are normal, but to cook, you have to borrow stoves from the counter. The room has a strange smell and has a small improvement after turning on the air conditioner but still smelly. The wall part has black spots and musty smell. Sometimes there is an unknown small insect crawling on the countertop. Half of the mattress is hard and half is soft. It is difficult to adapt. The isolation of the upper and lower floors of the hotel is very poor. The upper floors are pulled and the lower floors are heard clearly. I hope the hotel can issue a notice to ask passengers who will stay not to wash clothes in the washing machine from 1 am to 3 am. It is really troublesome to sleep normally.
