"First off, for anyone who wants an ocean view, I highly recommend this place! It's right in front of the sea, so the view is absolutely stunning. The photos are the scenery seen from the accommodation. The room is quite spacious, so there's no problem spreading out your luggage. The cleanliness of the room and water pressure are also excellent.
The only thing is that the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, but given it's a beachfront property, I guess that's to be expected. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied with this accommodation!"

"An absolutely amazing new hotel!
The location is fantastic. Even without a car, you can take the airport bus, and in about 50 minutes, you'll reach American Village. From the bus stop, it's just a 5-minute walk.
The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with Aeon Mall, famous sushi restaurants, ramen shops, 100-yen stores, Starbucks, and Okinawan cuisine all nearby. The hotel's location is also beautiful and easily visible.
I've stayed in hotels in Naha city before and really liked them, but this new opening in American Village has completely won us over. The rooms are incredibly spacious and grand, featuring a washer/dryer combo, a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a microwave, plus a big living room and a balcony.
The front desk staff and cleaning crew are all very friendly and professional. If you're planning to visit the central part of Okinawa, you absolutely must come here to experience this unique apartment-style hotel.
Spread your luggage out however you like; the space is so free and comfortable.

"Had a fantastic experience, this is my second time staying at this hotel. This visit, the front desk was incredibly nice and upgraded us to a sea view room for free! It was so quiet! There's a swimming pool on the top floor (paid access), and the breakfast was delicious too! The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend it!"

"The facilities are quite old overall; the faucets and air conditioning units are dated. However, it's generally clean and hygienic. There's also a paid hot spring across the street. The breakfast selection is extensive, with options for children and baby food, making it very suitable for families with kids.
For services, there's a clown show and a children's sand painting activity in the evening, along with late-night ramen.
As for the location, our room had a beautiful view of the evening fireworks. A taxi to the airport costs between 170-200 RMB, and there's also an airport shuttle available for booking via QR code at the front desk. The beach is just a two-minute walk away."

"I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!"

Ke Kei W.It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice.
It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village.
And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!

Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

Guest UserFacilities: The hotel offers coin-operated washing machines (300 JPY per wash), but thankfully, the dryer is free. Perhaps due to its seaside location, the hotel corridors and room corridors are just bare concrete, with no decoration.
Cleanliness: The room has a wet/dry separation, and the shower area is great – spacious with a unique showerhead.
Environment: It's very close to the sea, so you can go for a swim anytime. It's also near American Village, making it convenient for both dining and beach activities.
Service: At check-in, the front desk informed us that housekeeping is only provided for guests staying 3 nights or more consecutively. They also don't change trash bags during your stay unless you specifically ask for them. For example, I had to ask the front desk for three bottles of mineral water on my second day. Overall, the service wasn't overly enthusiastic, but it wasn't bad either.
Summary: The price isn't particularly cheap, but I was quite satisfied with the three beds, which were large enough for us with kids, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room lighting is a bit dim at night. Four stars for the sea view.

The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk to American Village and a 3-minute walk to the seaside from the entrance. The room was a bit small and quite dusty. The food was just okay, and they even charged for parking upon check-in. Overall, it's not terrible but not great either; pretty average, comparable to a domestic three-star hotel, just for reference.

Guest UserI kept emailing daily asking how to check-in, but customer service only responded by asking what time I'd arrive and if I needed parking. In the end, I waited 40 minutes at the entrance before I could check in. Actually, customer service could have easily told me beforehand that upon arrival, I just needed to dial 3 on the phone at the entrance to reach the housekeeper. I eventually had to get Ctrip to contact the housekeeper for me. If the check-in had been smooth, I would have had a much better experience. This apartment is big, clean, and very quiet, with complete facilities, including kitchenware and a washer/dryer. Finally, a heads-up: don't expect to walk if you choose this apartment. We always took a taxi, and it still cost 900 JPY to get to American Village.

However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

Guest UserOverall, the property is very nice, clean, and well located, which makes it convenient and pleasant for a stay.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience more comfortable. The rooms are quite small and ventilation is not always sufficient, especially when the bed curtain is closed, which can make the air feel a bit heavy. It would also be helpful to have a designated space for shoes outside the rooms, as keeping them inside can lead to unwanted odors and reduce overall freshness.
Regarding the bathrooms, it would be good to ensure that paper for drying hands is always available, and to improve the maintenance of the air ducts to create a fresher and more comfortable environment.
With some small improvements in ventilation and organization, the property could offer an even better experience while maintaining its strong points.

We are very happy with the stay and would come back. The twin rooms are spacious, clean and have a balcony. Due to the proximity of the Main Street which our balcony was facing, we could hear the occasional loud car noise during the night. The hallways leading to the rooms had a moldy smell and some large mold spots, which is difficult to avoid given the high humidity. However, the rooms have not been affected at all.

Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center
once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
