Fukushima City Hotels with Free Breakfast

This getaway was exactly what I wanted. Traditional, immersive, comfortable, accomodating. The staff came and greeted us in the car park, the dinner and breakfast was amazing, delicious, adventurous. And the onsen on the roof was perfect! The staff thoroughly explained their processes. I spoke some japanese and they spoke only some english but they were very accomating with us and welcoming. I would highly recommend and its also not far from town either. It snowed a little the night we stayed and it was so magical! We had our own private onsen at our room but the others in the ryokan are even better and available to be private, just lock door when your using.

I didn't stay for the purpose, but it was the day of the fireworks display. I couldn't see the bottom of the fireworks in the surrounding buildings, but the fireworks that were launched from the windows in the room looked small. Lucky location, lucky room location. I have the impression that there were more athletic club students participating in the tournament than businessmen in the accommodation layer. The breakfast time overlapped with the students and the buffet was busy. The staff relaxed with Fukushima intonation. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel near the station, and there is a rental car behind it, which is convenient. I want to use it next time I go to Fukushima.

Lady in the receptionist so lovely. She tried very hard to explain about rules and so on. Location is good, a lot of restaurant near hostel.

This was a very lovely resort! The view from our room was breathtaking! We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes. The next morning our ride back to the train station was waiting when we arrived in the lobby. The beds were prepared at 6pm. Dinner was reservation only, which we did not have. We walked 20 minutes into the little town to a hidden gem Ramen shop that opened at 7pm and the food was amazing.

Overall a nice hotel, very close to the JR train station, just a couple of minutes walk away. The room size was very generous a lot bigger than others we’ve stayed at in Japan. The bathroom was also very spacious with a full size bath and powerful shower. The hotel provides nightwear and toiletries as well as coffee and laundry. Breakfast has a good variety of choices although can we quite busy as peak times and items do run out. I would recommend as a good convenient choice if travelling by train.

It may be that because it is located along the main road rather than in front of the station, there are limited shops where you can have dinner within walking distance.

So close to the station.... Almost opposite. There is a Family Mart combini 20 meters away. The proximity to the station was amazing, I enjoyed spending time shopping there and also I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Nice and friendly staff and overall, a fantastic stay here

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Fukushima Station. It's better to take a bus from the station. The interior has been renovated, and the air conditioner and bathroom faucets are new. The water temperature and pressure are perfect. Breakfast is free, and there is also free curry for dinner. Welcome drinks include coffee, and of course, alcohol is also available.

It is convenient because it is very close to the station. The employees also responded politely. The facilities are old, but they are well cleaned. The only problem was that there was no night lighting and it was dark.
