Bacalar Hotels with Free Breakfast

El hotel es bonito, limpio, muy buen servicio, la habitación amplia con excelente vista, la cama me pareció algo blanda para mi gusto, la regadera deliciosa, los desayunos y comidas es promedio, nada extraordinario. El único defecto que le encuentro es que el acceso a la laguna es algo profundo, entonces no tiene la confianza de meterte como en otros puntos, aunque cuentan con chaleco salvavidas. Otro punto bueno es que cuentan con kayak y pádel gratis, las rentas suelen estar en 400 pesos por hora en otros lugares. Solo por la comodidad de acceso a la laguna yo creo elegiría otro hotel, aunque si no es tan importante para ti o solo es para descansar es perfecto

The front lagoon location is amazing. They have kayaks to be used for free to enjoy the lagoon. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the lights went off for several hours and just came back late at night, making it inconvenient for that period of time. Overall is a great place to stay.

El hotel está muy lindo por poner un pero es la tv que pierde señal y la ducha resbala por lo demás todo perfecto lo recomiendo 100x100

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. Plus, the service stuff was friendly and open to any questions. The building is brand new, but our room lacked some functionality. Our suggestion would be to add some chairs, so people could put their bags, clothes, or use them on the balcony or with small table built in the wall. More hangers on the wall or a drying rack on the balcony would help, as we had no idea where to dry our towels and swimming suits. Also, having hair dryer would be nice, especially after days of swimming in the lagoon.
