Bacalar Hotels with Wifi

Anche pensandoci, non riesco a trovare nulla che non sia andato in questo soggiorno: struttura bellissima, idem piscina e camere, buona posizione, staff sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, colazione stupenda e abbondante! Ci sarei rimasto molto di più!

What a gem of a place. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the beauty of the lagoon. Our room was down next to the docks overlooking the water. The room itself was beautiful, with a fantastic artistic pattern across the walls. We had dinner in the onsite restaurant on our first night and it was one of the best meals out we have ever had. Afterwards we spent the evening watching a tropical storm across the lagoon on one of the private docks. The night was so perfect, my partner proposed. This place will always have a special place in our hearts. To top it off , free kayak use is included in your stay and you can access them whenever you like. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also booked the sail tour for our second day. It was a very relaxing and serene way to explore the lagoon and our caption & crew were fantastic . I’m sure we will be back in the future. We can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a romantic getaway.

The hotel is beautiful and located near the city centre, which is very valuable. It is on the edge of the lagun to be able to bath. The staff is served. We did not appreciate that there is no fridge in the room. We are disappointed with the breakfast that is a grilled bread, a fruit board and a omelet.

Very nice location that faces directly the lagoon. You can rent a kayak or a sup directly with the hotel and visit the surroundings yourself without having to pay the expensive organised tours in the city center. They have a common kitchen you can use any time. They serve the breakfast here (not too fancy but good enough for my needs). The staff is really open, kind, and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. Plus, the service stuff was friendly and open to any questions. The building is brand new, but our room lacked some functionality. Our suggestion would be to add some chairs, so people could put their bags, clothes, or use them on the balcony or with small table built in the wall. More hangers on the wall or a drying rack on the balcony would help, as we had no idea where to dry our towels and swimming suits. Also, having hair dryer would be nice, especially after days of swimming in the lagoon.

Plus: conveniently located 1 km from the ADO stop, 1 km from the collective to Chetumal, 1 km from the viewing area.The room is clean, bed is normal.On the recession there is drinking water. Defects:No hot water, that flows, room temperature.The number killed,in the bathtub.There is no teapot anywhere.
