1107709****The hotel was clearly recently renovated, with beautiful colors, nice rooms, and a decent breakfast. It's located in a safe area of Miraflores and has many Chinese guests. The only downside was that check-in wasn't until 3 PM. We arrived at 2 PM and waited a long time in the lobby on the third floor, with the staff repeatedly saying the rooms weren't cleaned properly. Otherwise, it was fine, and the price wasn't too expensive.

AA.Lo25The hotel is good, but the second night we felt the room a little bit cold and they had no extra blankets. They leave coffee and cookies to have at anytime in the hall and the breakfast food is pretty complete. The only problem with breakfast is that on the first day we went one hour before closing and they were not paying attention on missing stuff like bowls, milk, hot water, spoons, glasses, so we had to ask for those everytime instead of them just renewing it. They were nice and happy to bring them to us but the fact that we (and others at the same time) had to do it was pretty annoying.

SShaneThe location of the hotel is very good, in mira flores, walk two or three minutes to the seaside love park, you can take the most famous seaside cliff scenery. A few hundred meters from the hotel, there is the world's first restaurant
But the sea view room is not facing the sea, you can not book a sea view room.  The hotel as a whole is more like a boutique hotel than a luxury hotel, small and exquisite.
In addition, the booking price on the same day is four or five hundred cheaper than the advance booking, which is a big bug.

EElisha92Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭
Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here

GGuest UserAll the very friendly receptionists, especially Vanessa guided me to tours and tourist places to meet. The location is very quiet, very safe, clean, every time I have occupied there was hot water, there is kitchen to prepare your food and if you need to keep your baggage, the only inconvenience is that all noises are heard. In general, it is a very recommendable and economic place.

GGuest UserMy biotin and collagen shampoo which I brought from Colombia was stolen from my room. When I spoke to the owner the following, she called her staff and it was confirmed they saw me using this bottle , and even with that, she said I need to take better care of my belongings. She refused to make me whole or take responsibility.
