Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location near Parque Kennedy. The room was exceptionally clean. A fridge and kettle provided, and the prices of the drinks in the mini bar extremely reasonable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was fine, with a limited selection, the omelette however was probably the best I'd had whilst in Peru. The owners were friendly and happy to provide tips for restaurants.
WWuSharonThe location was great for visiting the Barranco area but relatively far from other main attractions of Lima. The hotel has a great ambiance with lots of art pieces throughout the gardens and the rooms. Very nice ocean views and lots of spaces to relax and hang out (weather permitting) throughout the property. Breakfast was good too! The setting and the service definitely had a ”home” vibe to it!
GGuest UserThe night shift front desk staff was not friendly. When we asked for hot water, one of the female employees turned around and asked another female employee (who should be at a higher level). The senior employee just sat there and shook her head and said no. Her attitude was very bad and she seemed to be indifferent and had no intention of providing any assistance. The hotel has air conditioning, which is great in the hot summer. There are steps to the hotel reception. Filtered drinking water is provided. Breakfast only has basic toast, ham, eggs, coffee, salad and fruit.
MMechiThe hotel is incredible, the room was superb, extra comfy. The breakfast amazing and the personnel was super kind and always ready to help and gave us a delicious welcome drink and a cake for my husband birthday. The area is accesible to all the nice neighbourhood of Miraflores. Arriving to the airport was a bit of a challenge, as the city is collapsed with traffic, leave with lots of hours in advance. Thanks for such a lovely stay in Lima!
PParrotgeReally great! The location is superb, right above a popular seafood restaurant. Oh my, it's so convenient! The breakfast is plentiful and very good. The only downside is that the room is a bit small. Everything else is excellent.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent and safe. Breakfast is very good and is changed every day. There are 2 big supermarkets near. Staff is nice and helpful. My bed was a bit old and not comfortable though.
GGuest UserOne of the best Ibis hotels in our S. American trip. It was clean, and everything worked as they should be.
We were assigned a room with street view and we liked it. The room was what we expected of Ibis standard. The Wong Supermarket was about 250m from the hotel, otherwise you could have meals in the hotel restaurant, which we did, and was pleased with the food.
GGuest UserThis is the place I stayed at for several times in a row. It is very suitable for traveling or business. The location is very good. There is a famous dessert shop opposite. I will choose this place next time.
GGuest UserThe housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good.
Shower was also quite good.
They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed.
But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals.
That was bad.
Breakfast was tasty.
MMochayeHighly recommended, the service is super good. I packed my meal and wanted to borrow the microwave. The front desk helped me heat it up and put it on a plate and sent it to the room.
The breakfast is the best among the dozen hotels I stayed in Peru. There are hot dishes, which are especially suitable for a Chinese stomach like me.
There is a heater in the room.
