3-Star Hotels in Lima

Everything's great if you're not planning to be at the hotel during the day. There's construction happening, with noise from morning until 6 PM. Otherwise, everything is super! Excellent location and responsive staff. The renovations seem like they'll be going on for a while, as there's a building being constructed next door. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine!

The room is very good overall and the area is very good. But I lived on the 2nd floor this time. It was very noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning. The sound of car horns outside the building was also a variety of rumbling sounds. I couldn't bear to go to the front desk. It was useless.

Five-star hotel in Lima, Peru, the room is large, clean, the linen is good, all the staff are very good, the breakfast is not very rich, but it is definitely OK. The air conditioner in the room did not have hot air, but the hotel was very enthusiastic to provide electric heating, a great stay experience

Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

Generally the stay is quite enjoyable. Breakfast is doable, customer service is excellent and location is just perfect! So many restaurants and even a supermarket within walking distance. However, small issue is that the air conditioning in my room is leaking. Although they kinda “fixed” it, still can see/hear water dripping to the floor. The hallway tend to be dark as well, understand it’s motion sensor. No biggie on this part.

Overall, I found the room very clean and appreciated the layout with two queen-sized beds and a workspace. However, I noticed there were no power outlets located near the desk, which made working difficult. Additionally, while the bathroom was bright and well-lit, the shower experienced frequent temperature fluctuations. Regarding the dining experience, the breakfast selection became a bit monotonous over a four-night stay; however, I appreciated that the staff was happy to prepare fried eggs upon request. I also enjoyed the excellent restaurant on the ground floor and the convenience of having Edo Sushi located across the road.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city without needing a car. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference.

Good hotel. A bit far from the main street, about 20 minutes walk along the embankment. Excellent breakfasts. The staff is responsive. A bit noisy because of the road nearby.

The housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good. Shower was also quite good. They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed. But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals. That was bad. Breakfast was tasty.

the hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we have to leave our suitcases for 3 days and they kept it at the reception without extra charge.
