We Love our stay in Okada.Love the way staffs welcome us at Okada .Very friendly environment . All staffs are very helpful,kind to the visitors , the hotel are clean ,do beautiful .Modern ,the food ate delicious ,gave everything .You name it ,they had Japanese food,Pilipino food,Korean ,American,Chinese,Eadt Indian etc . Love everything & look forward on coming back to Okada .Thank you for the very nice service.

Savea hotel is a new hotel opposite city of dreams. Place is near Ayala malls too. A friendly oriented hotel, fresh with mini kitchen and spacious for 2 or 3 people. Thus is highly recommended hotel.

Upon check-in, I was initially given the wrong room card, but the staff quickly came up to replace it and apologize. There was no trash bag in the room's trash can, and the bedside outlet wasn't working. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was quite good. There's a convenience store downstairs if you get hungry, and a really good mala hotpot restaurant run by a Chinese owner on the second floor of the hotel. The ocean view and night view from the window were also decent. It's also quite close to Okada by foot.

I booked this hotel after reading many online reviews, mainly considering two factors: safety and no cockroaches. The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to MOA, and you can see Manila Bay from the room, though it unfortunately rained every day during our stay. There's a McDonald's, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, and the area feels a lot like Chinatown, which made us feel much safer. With security guards stationed at all four corners of the hotel, we felt comfortable venturing out for dinner in the evenings. It was very clean and quiet, with absolutely no cockroaches. Getting around with Grab was also very convenient. Next door to the hotel is a Chinese-owned shop offering nail services, massages, beauty treatments, and hair styling – they have a wide range of services, reasonable prices, and it's very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! The front desk service was excellent; they were responsive to all our issues. There's also a complimentary motorbike shuttle service that you can book, which was incredibly helpful. I really, really recommend this place.

Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass.

The hotel doorman was very proactive in helping us with our luggage, and was so warm and polite, which gave a great first impression. The hotel is very clean, and the facilities are good. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower experience. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room. It was located right by the head of the bed and was very noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

All the staff and the management are very much approachable Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.

There were cockroaches in the room, and no hot water. Although the staff came to fix it twice, the hot water only lasted less than a minute before turning cold. When I first reported it to the front desk, they claimed it was a water pressure issue in the alley, but my friends' rooms had hot water, though it was also unstable. Basically, everyone just gave up and resigned themselves to cold showers. My friend's room needed urgent cleaning, and they said they would do it, but it took four hours for anyone to show up. Only after she communicated in a more assertive tone did the housekeeping staff finally come to clean. The breakfast was very simple, just a slice of toast or rice with an egg. My friend found hair on her toast and later suffered from diarrhea. The hygiene was terrible. The first room they gave me had a window air conditioner with no remote control and was very noisy. I requested a change of room, and then I was given a room with an inverter air conditioner. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I hope the management actively makes improvements.
