"I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough since I booked for 2 only, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The amenities were excellent and added great value to the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The food was super delicious, with a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and an amazing breakfast. I look forward to staying here again! 😊"

"Family and friends group trip, the hotel was great. The reception staff were super helpful, carrying our bags to the room at check-in and collecting them from the room at check-out. It's ten minutes from the airport and has a good location; just a minute's walk to restaurants, McDonald's, and a pharmacy. I recommend it."

"Great Location & Accessibility, but Service Falls Short The Good: The location of this hotel is its biggest selling point. It is highly accessible, being within walking distance to the LRT-1 (Aseana Station), making commuting incredibly easy. It’s also very convenient for travelers as it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport (NAIA). Another massive plus is the surrounding area—there are tons of food choices nearby within walking distance. You can easily find Uncle John’s, 7-Eleven, Ramen Kuroda, Pizza Hut, and Jollibee right in the vicinity, so you’ll never go hungry. The room itself was decent, clean, and fine for a basic stay. The Bad: Missing Bathroom Basics: There was no floor towel or bath mat provided in the bathroom, which meant the floor got completely wet and messy after taking a shower. Unaccommodating Front Desk: I originally booked a Queen room but preferred two single beds, so I requested a switch to a Twin room. The staff flatly declined, claiming they had no twin rooms left. However, when I checked the Trip.com app right then and there, the app was still actively showing plenty of twin-bed rooms available for booking. It felt like they just didn't want to exert the effort to accommodate a guest's simple request. Verdict: A very convenient, strategic 3-star stay if you just need a place close to the airport, public transit, and fast food. Just don't expect the front desk to be flexible or helpful with booking adjustments."

"We had an amazing stay. If you are looking for a place near nuwa and city or dreams few walks away and not crowded Bayprime can be an option. Many breakfast choices Lunch and Dinner in their cafe are also priced reasonably. There's a convenience store downstairs and across the street 7/11 is available. Parking is free. Overall it's 10/10 for me and we will definitely comeback. The only issue is that you can smell too much chlorine sa pool."

"My recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves). The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future."

"If you need a budget-friendly place to stay near the airport, then Go Hotels Manila Airport Road is a good option. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers with early flights or short layovers. The staff were accommodating and the overall stay was decent for the price. However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms and facilities could be cleaned more thoroughly to provide a more comfortable experience for guests. Overall, it’s still a practical and affordable choice if your priority is staying close to the airport."

"This hotel is excellent however one drawback no lift making it difficult for older people I was top floor fith a d I can tell you it's a lit however the front desk are great and helpful the security guard helpful and mist of all the hotel has a superb restraunt better than the five star hotels and very reasonable price wise so hats off to them"

"We traveled as a family and had a generally great experience. The restaurant service was very nice and friendly, which we truly appreciated. However, the breakfast service staff felt a bit stiff and not as warm compared to our experience at Miso, where the atmosphere was more welcoming. The food sa Miso and breakfast is very masarap! On a positive note, we really loved the pool, it was very appealing and enjoyable, especially for kids."
