AAnonymous UserThis hotel was excellent - large room, perfect location, food quality of breakfast buffet was top notch. I think I was also upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome. There was a bit of an unnecessary delay with checking in as not all reception desks were staffed, but overall, I still had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️👍🏻

JJin NohFood from what i remembered before (previous stay) was better. Most of the food is mediocare. I hope they bring back the the abundance of food of Grand Kitchen as before. We had our dinner and breakfast there and was a bit disappointing. View from our rooms are okay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Manila's BGC business district, within walking distance to several shopping malls, making dining and shopping very convenient. The surrounding area is safe, and transportation is easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff are warm, polite, and provide thoughtful and attentive service. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, with piercing motorcycle sounds at night, so the soundproofing could be improved.

AAnonymous UserToilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

DDenciongThe room has a separate bedroom and the room is so spacious enough for 2 people. However the room is dusty and the water supply is too slow at night that you can't take a bath and poop

AAnthony TabunanWe booked it for last minute like early in morning around 4AM because me and my friends are looking for short rest after we went to KTV bar and I like how the reservation get smooth until we checked in. Though the location is quite far but it saved us from that day . We are 6 pax and we were able to sleep well even in a short period of time. The room is clean and they have extra beds. We love the amenities. I recommend this for emergency stay.
