Umea Hotels with Free Breakfast

我們這次是路過短暫停留，到的時候已經很晚了，但自助入住及自助退房很簡單，這家飯店離火車站非常的近，且房間很大乾淨舒適，廁所和浴室使用起來也方便都不需要等太久，室內有一個專屬的洗手台，唯獨沒有電梯要爬很多的樓梯，對於提行李的人比較困難些，窗外的景色也很美。

Lovely place to stay. We were there in February. -22⁰C outside, cosy inside. Clean room with large window. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Bra hotell, älskar temat, historian och personalen, speciellt killen som heter Johan. Stället var i centrum, därmed bekvämt och mysigt var det.  Frukosten var helt okej, allt var jättegott men det saknades bacon och kokta ägg, något som brukar finnas på hotellfrukost.. men annars var det jättebra!!  Om jag åker till Umeå igen kommer jag utan tvekan boka detta hotell!!

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!

Room facilities were OK. There was a stick and in the bathroom there were calcium traces in the shower. Otherwise everything was good

Todella hiljainen ja siisti huone. Pitkän matkan jälkeen mukava sänky missä nukkua. Tilava suihku, hyvä runsas aamiainen tarjolla.
