Excellent, highly recommended. There's parking available and two entrances. The accommodation is within walking distance of the riverside market. There are both accommodations and restaurants. I was so impressed on my first visit that I made an additional reservation in advance. The snacks are delicious, the staff are very helpful, and the accommodation is beautiful and exactly as pictured (the photos are from a previous listing because they accurately represent the actual place).

The proprietress is super enthusiastic. The B&B is very colorful and gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious and rich. You can lie on the lazy chair on the river and play all afternoon to midnight. I felt happy just watching the long tail boats coming and going on the river. You can ask the proprietress to purchase the offerings to the Buddha from the monks in the morning, or you can ask the boatman to pick us up at the door to see fireflies, go around the island, or worship at the Shuzhong Temple. I always like this casual feel every time I come here. It is the best and impeccable B&B in Amphawa.

This Villa is very close to Amphawa Floating Market. There is a secret place that can be reached directly. The massage nearby is very comfortable. The location is very good.

Nice place but the aircon engine is noisy and can be heard from inside the room, I don't know if it's the same in the small rooms. Also a bit too close to the main road but at night is not much traffic. Otherwise nice and peaceful.
