The staff are wonderfully friendly, warm, and attentive throughout your stay. Whether you are traveling for a working retreat or a short getaway, this homestay delivers on every front. Highly recommended.

Very good, especially the breakfast menu is boiled rice, the staff are the receptionist. 6th floor cleaning staff and restaurant staff. It's really cute, everyone is our regular accommodation. This time, I should have gone to stay for the 5th time.

Location fantastic, right next to the Wang River in downtown Lampang. Service excellent. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, directly in front of Chang Phueak Market. In the evenings, stepping out, you'll find an incredible array of food, including famous street stalls like Chang Phueak Suki and Bua Loi. The front desk staff were excellent, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. The room itself was well-appointed with essentials like a kettle, coffee, and a hairdryer. At a price point in the low hundreds (Baht), it offers exceptional value. This is definitely our preferred hotel every time we visit Chiang Mai.

The room inside is quite clean and beautifully arranged, orderly and cute, but the balcony, walkway, stairs The area around the hotel is dusty and not very clean. The room is not very soundproof, you can still hear sounds from outside and neighboring rooms. which is normal for wooden houses This place probably isn't suitable.

This hotel's location is seriously top-notch, right in the heart of the city and super close to the market. It's definitely a budget-friendly option, which is a big plus. However, I have to mention that it could have been a bit cleaner. It felt quite local and authentic, which was interesting. Overall, if you're prioritizing location and price over pristine cleanliness, this place is worth considering.

And every time I visit Lampang… there's one place I always have to stop by: Baan Chiang Bed Lampang 🏠✨ 🌿 Atmosphere & Decor The entrance sign looks simple and unassuming, but once you step inside… wow, it's like entering another world! 😮 Lush greenery welcomes you from the moment you arrive, with ferns, frangipani, and other ornamental plants surrounding the building. The decor has a vintage yet tropical feel that isn't forced, but rather very natural. There are outdoor seating areas under the trees, old wooden tables and wrought iron chairs, and wooden walkways that lead you through the small garden. 🪴 Inside, there's a tiled hallway with a patterned design, a style reminiscent of an old house lovingly restored. Framed pictures hang on the walls, and there are antique wooden bookshelves. And the vintage collectibles that tell a story — these little details are what make this place feel “alive,” unlike typical hotels. 📚 🛏️ Rooms There are only 6 rooms here, giving it a homey feel. The rooms are simple, with a wooden desk, designer chair, TV, and a table lamp that provides warm lighting in the evening. 🌆 Open the window and you'll be greeted by frangipani trees with their branches bending towards you — a view you can't buy. 🌸 🍳 Dining Room & Shared Kitchen Another highlight is the shared dining room that all guests use. There's a kitchen available for use; you can buy groceries and cook your own meals if you like. Very convenient. The dining room has a bright and airy atmosphere, with large windows overlooking the green garden. Natural light streams in beautifully in the morning. ☀️ 🍞☕ 💸 Price Prices are in the hundreds, just six red banknotes (approximately 100,000 baht). 💸 For this level of atmosphere and design, it's incredibly good value. 📍Baan Chiang Bed Lampang is a place I return to every time I come to Lampang. If you want to get away from the complicated city life, this is highly recommended. It is very quiet and there are rice fields and fields all around. However, there is a big road right next to it and it is close to the city center. However, you need a car. There are more guests than I thought, and thanks to Trip.com, I am extending my stay for two days and taking a break. Trip.com is the best.

The hotel is small but nice and clean. There was a slight problem during check-in because of a special request for extra service, but the staff said there was no such request in the order. This required spending time at the counter contacting Trip.com, and the extra beds were all taken, as the housekeeping staff had already gone home. However, the hotel staff resolved the issue by offering a triple room, which was a good solution. While it cost extra, it was an acceptable and economical price.
