"Rest at the Crystal Sunset family with children 10 and 13 years old and our friends stayed very happy! The hotel is excellent for family holidays: children had something to do, aquagorks worked, swimming pools on the street with heating.
Apart thanks to Ahmed Bey at the bar at the pool he made excellent drinks and was always very welcome.
Although it was only the second day of the hotel's work at the beginning of the season, everything was absolutely functioning and available. It is evident that the team is well prepared and tries to guests.
A separate thanks to Onur Bey from the Guest Relations Department he settled us immediately on arrival, helped to organize a late departure, and also in the room brought a pleasant compliment in the form of a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. It was very pleasant and added a special comfort to our rest.
In general, the holiday turned out to be wonderful, with pleasure to return again and we can boldly recommend this hotel!"

This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on.
What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience.
If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience.
Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

I'm writing this review after staying for 4 nights and 5 days from May 27th to May 31st. The hotel pleased us in every way. The service and amenities were fantastic. Every employee was smiling and made us feel comfortable. We had some concerns about it being crowded during the holiday season, but the hotel's facilities are so extensive that everyone spreads out across different areas, and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot; you don't need to play hide-and-seek with anyone. We give the variety and taste of the open buffet 4.5 points and the à la carte restaurants 5 points. I especially recommend trying the ”Sandal” restaurant if you're staying here. It will be a wonderful experience with raki, meze, and fish. The hotel also pleased us greatly with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. You don't have to worry about whether the cocktails you get at the bars contain enough alcohol or too little; in fact, they often have plenty. We only asked them to put a little less alcohol in a couple of times :) Overall, the hotel fully deserves 5 stars for its cleanliness, service, and facilities. I would definitely come back.

The food was indeed delicious, and the wine was good, too. We ate eight meals a day, and the minibar in the room was restocked promptly. The Turkish bath was interesting, and the massage was okay. The price was negotiable: a 40-minute bath plus a 60-minute essential oil massage cost 110 euros per person. The pool, which was directly connected to the room, was quite large, and the lounge chairs were much more comfortable than in the public area. The water was a bit salty, but it was clean. The downside was that the town next door wasn't very interesting, and the water, while clear, wasn't very blue, which was disappointing. Also, there were too few bath towels.

Nice hotel with decent food and good level of amenities.
Some amenities that are advertised such as room service or iron in the room aren’t actually avaliable. Also, limited number of staff speak English so communication can be difficult.
If you’re travelling with young kids, please be aware than loud music can be heard in the rooms until 11pm.
Overall a decent place to stay but could do better.

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area.
However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

All the staff were great 👍 the pool was very nice and warm.
The rooms are good and clean, with a very comfy bed and pillow.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the delightful hotel if just 19 apartments, so if you are looking for more relaxing as opposed to the all inclusive
Look no further.
Plenty of great restaurants close by to choose from.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar.
In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

We had a great hotel with our family in Linda true beach. We really enjoyed the holiday in this hotel. We met very joyfully as their relatives. Explained everything where it is. We had everything included. Fed us on excellent 👍👏😆. Food is a lot of diversity. You will not stay hungry exactly. The bus goes to the beach every 20 minutes. 2-3 minutes and you are already on the beach. Liejakov is very much. There is a lot of juices, water, beer, cocktails. Many eat on the beach. The sea is super, the entrance of the logos, the bottom of the sand, the water is transparent. There are animators of the girls who are engaged to you. In the evening there are performances, competitions. You can go for a walk, there is Migros, the bazaar. In general the hotel liked, all recommend, we will come here again 👍👍👍

OlgаKms777Good hotel, area beautiful, large and comfortable, large and active pool where there are zones for adults and for kids, excellent water park, fun animation and good evening shows (fire show is one of the best that has been seen). Five-food, all delicious and diverse, were seafood and red fish, dorado, sibas on grill, very delicious calf. Cocktails in the oll inclusive were delicious and varied, white wine and beer were also good. They didn't like only the numbers, they almost everything with the view of each other. I put the staff on the respiratory 20 euros in the passport at the entrance, but despite this he set us in a bad room, on the backyard, in it from the crane went boiling and it was impossible to adjust it, and also did not close the door to the sauna, I had to contact another staff member and he moved to the room better the next day. So it is this hotel that I do not recommend giving tips to the Resepshne staff, it doesn't make sense, apparently the guys are settled.
In general, this hotel is good for its money.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
