Fili at Nustar is amazing! I had one of the most relaxing stay. Most of the people are kind and everything is clean! The food is great and the facilities are top tier. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I also love that the buffet has vegetarian options!

This was by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had. Firstly, the price was incredibly reasonable, yet the services available even before check-in were extensive, making my arrival comfortable from the very first moment. I also used the bar and had afternoon tea; both the atmosphere and service were wonderful, allowing for a truly luxurious experience. The room was spotless, and the facilities and comfort were impeccable. The direct connection to a shopping complex made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Furthermore, with a casino on-site, there's plenty to enjoy without even leaving the hotel. From service and location to facilities and value for money, everything was outstanding. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I definitely want to come back again.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? The hotel itself is nice and the staff is very accomodating it just that the location is not so good outside is crowded a lot of people

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

It is a hotel with nice rooms for a cheap price. Staff is very friendly and especially the breakfast service was great. As far as the rooms are concerned our room was very clean on arrival. However we extended our stay with one day and the second day the room was not done at all. This was certainly not up to the standards of good housekeeping. We took this hotel as due to the earthquake court building was out of order and is now making use of this hotel. Maybe that is why housekeeping service was not so good. But it is certainly a nice hotel with good and big rooms and worth the price

Had a great stay, just near VFS biometrics center for Australian visa. Enjoyed their buffet breakfast for an affordable price. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We’ ll surely recommend the place.

Property definitely needs renovation this used to be a crown jewel of the city but now needs remodeling. located in the city center and is highly accessible drain pipe clogs easily.

Our stay in Richmond Plaza Hotel was excellent, i just want to suggest that we wish they would have hair blower, Kettle inside the room thats all. the staff are nice alsooooo kudos!
