Billings Hotels with Free Breakfast

Our stay could not have been better! We were too tired to go out to dinner one night so we ate at the cafe in the hotel. Who knew? The food was great! We had appetizers while enjoying a great cocktail and then we had an entree that was as good as the neighboring popular restaurant where we ate the night before. We would for sure stay here again. The employees were wonderful.

Our stay at the Northern was perfect! We were cared for by the staff so well. We had an issue with our room and asked to be moved and they did so without a hesitation. They even upgraded our room! The road noise at night was pretty loud, but that can’t be changed by the hotel.

My kids loved the pool. Very kind friendly. Hot tub was very warm. Kids were getting out of pool to warm up in hot tub.

Breakfast is good, a lot of tricks, all kinds of bread, drinks, coffee, you can make waffles yourself, very close to the airport, driving more than ten minutes. very quiet.

In the heart of downtown, close to everything within walking distance. Very welcoming staff and excellent hospitality! The rooms were huge, modern, super big TV with an incredibly comfortable bed. A perfect stay, I highly recommend it!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Everything was mostly great until…. I walked out to my car in the morning and it was completely covered in a filthy-looking thick white residue. Upon asking, another guest informed me that it was probably from the sprinkler system, which sprays water with some kind of calcium deposit. I was furious. I immediately went to the Circle K car wash and it took 2 $10.00 laser washes (one with spinning brushes) to get it off. I’m still not sure if it’s perfectly gone. I’ve been reading bad things online about the possible effects of calcium on car paint. Upon asking, I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel does not help with the cost of washing it off cars. Maybe this a common occurrence in Montana, but, where I’m from, if you make a mess on someone else’s car, you should be willing to help them clean it off (especially if they are a paying guest). Overall, this seems like a nice hotel but, honesty, this calcium junk being sprayed all over my car was compete BS!

The hotel was old but well maintained. The room was small but clean. Everything worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool wasn't open, indoor hot tub not open, breakfast was just ok - nothing with fiber or protein, items around the hotel in disrepair, bathroom light flickered badly. On a positive note, the lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. Booked 2 rooms that ended up being quite far apart but she happily set us up with rooms next to each other. Price was too high for what you get. Would not stay here again.
