Both the front desk people, and the people who serve breakfast, were nice and polite. They greeted me gently. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel premises were well-maintained. Since the breakfast was usually included in the booking, please do not have high expectation.

The chain hotel that came to the United States last year, the price is very high, except for the weekend, dinner on weekdays. It is also convenient to go out. Not far from there is an Asian supermarket, there are some Chinese restaurants, Apple, Silicon Valley, Intel, Google are not far away. There are also outlets 3 km away, very nice hotel. Love this hotel. This is my third stay. Rooms are roomy and breakfast is great. Very good amenities and facilities. They also have happy hours with complimentary drinks. I subtracted a star for three reasons: - We were assigned next to a room where some high school or college kids were having a party with door slamming noises till 11pm. - When I asked the front desk about the water machine, she told me they don’t have it and I can only purchase from the snack shop. However, I told her the operator told me there is a water machine near the fitness room, she then told me they is one inside the fitness room. - When I asked about delayed check out. They only offered an extra 30 mins.

Water pressure in the shower is extremely low and makes showers take longer. The manager is stingy. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast, but because she only saw 1 guest she didn’t want to give 2 breakfast vouchers for each day. Also, was a mix up on what time my room could be made up. I was told my room couldn’t be made up later than 2:30pm. I never saw that anywhere in writing.

The experience far exceeded expectations. The high-rise quiet room needs for early telephone communication were accurately met. The sound insulation of the room was excellent. I couldn't hear the traffic downstairs at all. It was particularly comfortable when I stayed up late to catch up with the plan. The desk height is moderate, the office light brightness is adjustable, and the core needs of business people are all pinched. The front desk service is efficient and enthusiastic, and the initiative to help call the car when checking out, and there is no waiting for the whole process. The location is a plus, and the surrounding restaurants and convenience stores are complete. Next time I come on business, this place will still be my first choice.

Breakfast is very poor; on weekdays and weekends, there's only bread and juice. It's no problem. If you decide to leave early, you're not allowed to either. They don't clean daily.
