GGuest UserOur room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was great as well. There were a few marks around the bathroom that could’ve been dealt with, but overall I can tell the housekeeping did their best to make it look great. The staff weren’t rude, but even necessarily friendly. 4/5.

SSteven1964This is the second time I've stayed there at the hotel and I love it every time I go. The front desk is so friendly especially Lorelei she's so sweet and very helpful. You always greet you with a smile and make sure you're having a nice time.
I'll definitely be going back. Pet friendly and the service there is very good 👍🏾.

GGuest UserI love the aloft. Have stayed many times. The rooms are great, always clean with a pleasant modern atmosphere. I was a little disappointed about the breakfast situation. The woman who checked me in the night prior made it seem like it was included in my stay. I found out the next morning that was not the case. Regardless, still love it there.

WWEIZHENNice hotel with free parking. Unfortunately, half an hour from the center of the city, there are still a lot of cars on the road. The parking fee in the city center is indeed high. I have been taught for two times and I have not found it.
