"Long stay is very good choice, there are supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, but it is still more necessary to travel by car. Hilton's standardized service is as good as ever. The whole living experience is very good, it is a very cost-effective choice, the room is the same as the picture, the gym is also very practical, and there are not many people with good equipment. We are very satisfied with the hotel's hardware facilities, services, health and convenience facilities and are very recommended."

GGuest UserThe elevator is a nightmare, trying to get on and off with so many people. You have to use the keycard to get on the elevator and it does not always work. They don’t have microwaves in room so, I had to continuously go down stairs to warm my food and coffee.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the north side of the highway, with no direct neighboring buildings apart from other hotels nearby. There are quite a few restaurants diagonally across the road. Although it's only a few hundred meters in a straight line, you need to drive around to get there. The hotel staff were very nice and patient. Breakfast was typical American, with no vegetables, but still acceptable. The only downside was the air conditioning; it was very old and noisy, sounding like an engine when running, which affected sleep at night.

GGuest UserThe room originally assigned to us smelled mold-ish. We asked for a different room. But the lady at the front desk told me they don't typically allow room switching. It is weird since we just checked in like 2 minutes.

MMarioThe hotel is well-located and convenient for long stays. However, the housekeeping service is quite minimal, offering only a “refresh service,” which primarily involves changing towels. For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

GGuest UserThere was no bathroom privacy, the wall does not cover the top of the bathroom so if you need to diarrhea,every one heard it, bad lighting, and not so great people staying in this hotel. The pictures do not look like the actual room. I was in a 2bed queen. Very small. Bad plumbing, toilet ran and was loud. This picture is what I saw at the front desk when we walked in. Welcome to Plano.
