GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the north side of the highway, with no direct neighboring buildings apart from other hotels nearby. There are quite a few restaurants diagonally across the road. Although it's only a few hundred meters in a straight line, you need to drive around to get there. The hotel staff were very nice and patient. Breakfast was typical American, with no vegetables, but still acceptable. The only downside was the air conditioning; it was very old and noisy, sounding like an engine when running, which affected sleep at night.

JJayhooThis hotel is the second time to stay, the location is very good! Going to Plano's restaurant is very close! Health and attitude are good. The price is not bad, that is, the first time I went to not charge the parking fee, but the second time I went to collect the parking fee of 10 dollars!

For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

GGuest UserEverything was great at Quality Inn in Plano-Dallas. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean, the decor was dated, but the room and breakfast buffet area was all clean. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, cereals, oatmeal, juices, sliced bread, and jellies. Plus, the hotel is located next to several lunch and dinner restaurants.
