From the warm welcome on arrival to the helpful and friendly check out we had a lovely overnight stay. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The attic room is spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. The location is perfect for a walk along the seafront to the restaurants and bars. We will rebook and we’re recommending this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you.

A sweet traditional guest house! Clean, courteous, helpful staff and a pleasant room with great sea views. Easy stroll to plenty of restaurants, quaint shops, the beach and bars. Great car parking facilities. A lovely place to stay!

A return trip to Bay Tree. Love the peaceful cliff top location, the decor and friendly atmosphere. Within easy walking distance of beach, harbour arm, places to dine and railway station.
Comfortable bed, warm and cosy in winter and an excellent breakfast.
The sandy beach opposite is great to walk on at low tide and dogs are allowed on beach in low season.

The is in an amazing location and the rooms are very stylishly decorated and very comfortable. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful and it’s really close to plenty of great places to eat and drink in the town as well as a stones throw from the beach and walks

Had the best afternoon tea here for a friends birthday today , the sandwiches were lovely and fresh , the scones was freshly homemade and lovely and soft and the homemade brownie was to die for , will definitely return not just for the afternoon tea but for the conversation with Lee too who was a great host .
