Wir sind jetzt schon mehrmals im Haus und sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und ebenfalls ausreichend ausgestattet, ein wenig Wellness ist auch geboten und der Spielplatz sowie die Lage sind für uns persönlich unschlagbar. Mit Kindern ist es einfach entspannt, die Spiele-Möglichkeiten sind nahezu grenzenlos und man fühlt sich lange nicht so gestresst wenn die Kids mal lauter sind, hier hat man das Gefühl Kinder dürfen noch Kinder sein. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und eigentlich ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Getränkekarte wird auch saisonal erweitert sodass es immer wieder mal was neues gibt. Wir kommen sicher auch noch öfter vorbei

Grundsätzlich hat alles gepasst, wir waren nur eine Nacht, das Zimmer war früher als geplant fertig - aber das Extrabett wurde erst auf Nachfrage überzogen. Das Frühstück war toll und auch das Angebot mit dem Thermeneintritt konnten wir nutzen. Den Minuspunkt gibt es für den teuren Tarif für den Hund (25€ pro Nacht), da dieser eigentlich nirgends mit durfte und es nicht einmal einen Futter-/Wassernapf am Zimmer gab. Also 25€ dafür, dass vielleicht ein paar Haare mehr weggesaugt werden müssen, finde ich persönlich zu viel!

Our trip was not really that comfortable or enjoyable in this hotel overall. The only positive thing I can mention is the nature close to the hotel but otherwise the whole experience was shallow. First when we got there all the parking spots were full in the 400 metres radius of the hotel because there was a biking event. The stuff told us to just find a spot in the city and come back when it is over in 3-4 hours. Not only we found this very disrespectful (we did not even get a 'sorry'), we had to carry our 15+ kg bag on a very steep road up to the hotel which again - was around 400 metres down the road. I think this would have been just fine if the management sent us an email prior to our visit to expect this situation but we did not get any notice so it was very annoying. If we hadn't payed our stay beforehand I would have gone to a different hotel in a second with this first impression. Terrible way to treat customers in my opinion. Staff was fine but they were never really helpful or nice, we barely got a smile or any kind words. They did not even ask how we rate our stay or anything.. They did not care about us as guests at all other than bare minimum. My other complaint would be that we wanted to have a quiet holiday but the hotel was full of children groups and it was loud almost all the time. I would not recommend this for this purpose. I'd not return here ever, I think there are much better options in the area.

Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit Frühstück: alles was man braucht und super lecker (vorallem der Milchreis) Abendessen: Essensauswahl und Qualität ausreichend und gut, da ist nichts auszusetzen Spieleparadies Indoor: für die Kinder ein Spaß, jedoch die alten Teppichböden haben bei unserem Sohn einen brennesselarigen roten Ausschlag am ganzen Körper hervorgerufen, vielleicht hier anzudenken diesen zu tauschen.

Wir waren zwei Nächte mit Kind und Baby vor Ort. Zimmer war groß genug und sauber, Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen war ausreichend, leider zum Teil nur lauwarm und wenig gewürzt. Super Beschäftigungangebot für Kinder jeden Alters. Personal war freundlich, aber wirkte nicht zum Teil nicht besonders motiviert oder zuvorkommend.
