The location is very good, not far from central, 7-8 minutes walk, 5 minutes if you walk faster, at the junction of Bell Gallery and the path, next to a restaurant serving oysters, mussels and seafood, the room is relatively large, with a kettle and coffee machine, but the bathroom has no cover, so it's easy for water to leak out when taking a shower, the breakfast is just so-so, the salmon is not very fresh, croissants 🥖 and the like are filling after just looking at them 🤣 The honey ham is relatively original, without any additives~ They focus on health 😏

Superb location right in the middle of everything. Yet at night it was quiet enough to sleep.
Rooms were big and spacious, our room also had a bath which was big enough for 2, separate shower area. Lift was also available in this hotel. The hotel is located exactly next to Maison Dandoy which was easy to miss as the front looked part of the cafe rather than a hotel.
Rooms needed some maintenance, the wooden chair in the room was broken with spikes of wood which was dangerous. Some lights in the room didn't work. No aircon, we had 2 separate rooms and one of them after a day out the room would be so hot and stuffy, the other room was fine. Bathroom floor tiles get really slippery once wet so also a hazard.
The other thing is that every time we enter the hotel we'll have to wait for the reception to physically open the door for us, it felt bothersome and we felt bad for them if we kept going in and out of the hotel

Je viens très régulièrement à Bruxelles, depuis des années et j'ai expérimenté énormément d'hôtels. Et je peux vous assurer qu'il fait parti d'une adresse favorite. L'emplacement dans une des plus ancienne et des plus belles galerie de Bruxelles. C'est bien simple, je n'ai rien à redire. L'accueil, le service, la chambre (une literie de qualité), le petit déjeuner très simple, mais uniquement des produits frais. La décoration épuré de l'ensemble du bâtiment et des chambres. Vous vous sentez vraiment bien. Bravo aux gérants. Il n'a rien à envié aux grands complexe hôteliers ou la plus part du temps, à cause de la quantité des chambres vous n'êtes qu'un numéro. Belle découverte.

Beautiful boutique apartment stay. Location, staff and rooms cant be faulted. Walk to local sights and close to train etc. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommended
