Verschrikkelijk! Het appartement was ronduit slecht. Schimmel op de muren, kapotte stoelen, bank met vlekken en sigaretten gaten. En de lift deed het niet. Op naar de derde verdieping met bagage en 4 kinderen. Wij zijn naar een kwartier vertrokken naar een andere hotel. Belachelijk!!

The location of the apartment is great, and the space itself is good. It could be fantastic if it was maintained, but almost everything is faulty: ripped bed mattress, broken bed slats, poor sound insulation (including windows so you can hear the whole street), burnt out light bulbs, broken chair, frost dry shower, kitchen hood grill missing... We couldn't get the TV to work, sent a message to the 24/7 service number. Very quick response, but to say that there was no technician available... No instructions provided either, and no sorting of recyclable waste.

Large and clean accommodation as described. Two disadvantages: no soap in the tanks and especially no hot water after two showers when there were 5 of us. Additionally, one of the bedrooms had no curtains.

. Spacious and friendly. Average location Noisy. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the accommodation is very limited, walls, dishes, sockets, smell of sewer in the bathrooms. Satisfactory equipment. In addition, the customer service is not very friendly. This is a half-hearted experience

The apartment is very good. It is in the center of Brussels, in a pleasant area and with transport nearby. Perfect for shopping ;) It's not noisy and very clean. I recommend this apartment for a weekend

The apartment was so spacious and just a lovely place to stay. The whole city was on our doorstep with amazing transport links so we were never too far from anything. The apartment itself had a wonderful kitchen and living area in addition to the bedrooms which were more than perfect. If I ever come to Brussels again, I am most definitely staying here.
