Hotel location is partial, but the room is very good, there is breakfast, there is free parking

The hotel is extremely convenient for one night before heading to the airport especially when having an early flight 15 minutes from airport in front of the hotel there is a big mall with several shops abig supermarket and food court to have dinner. And also there's the bus stop to the airport bus 200 E .the room I reserved was small but it has all the essentials air condition refrigerator kettle with tea set they also provide some complimentary snacks and a bottle of water. The room is clean and also the bathroom is clean and the shower water pressure very strong and the price is good

The hotel is very nice but in a disturbing position if you want to move in autonomy with public means to the city centre. The only negative thing is breakfast buffet that, in my opinion, is very but very low .... What is unfortunate because, instead, the restaurant eats very well, the quality of food is excellent as the presentation of the dishes and the cooking is always pointed ....

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

As a so-called five-star hotel, the bed sheets were not even clean. There were other people's hair on the bed sheets. It was hard to imagine how the bed sheets were cleaned. The most disgusting thing was the stench of wet sheets that were not dried in time. And I was assigned a room with a window facing the wall. The only good thing is that the transportation is very convenient.

Reopened after restructuring on August 23, 2024, very professionally and warmly managed by an experienced manager. The staff is super courteous and multilingual. You feel like you are being looked after like family and in good hands. Due to its location, it is a good starting point for tourist activities and yet very quiet in the evenings. Rooms well and tastefully furnished, quiet (very well-functioning) air conditioning, comfortable beds, pleasant wooden floors, from room 608 (although facing the back courtyard) a very nice view of the Danube with its magnificent buildings and the Fischer-Bastei. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

The location of the hotel is great. It is located on the bank of the Blue Danube, between the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge. It is not far from the main attractions and is within walking distance. Although the room is next to the road, the sound insulation is very good and you can't hear much noise at night. Our room was on the first floor and had a view of the Parliament Buildings, although the electric poles on the roadside somewhat blocked the view. The hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile. Breakfast is also good. The restaurant is small but very cozy. You can also order delicious freshly made eggs a la carte. Parking needs to be reserved in advance. The garage is right behind the hotel and is easy to find. Speaking of parking, it is necessary to talk about our experience. When we drove away after checking out, we needed to reverse out of the garage and turn onto the road. However, there were vehicles parked on the side of the road at the entrance of the garage. It was difficult to see the road behind the car when we reversed and turned. Although I reversed very slowly, unfortunately, the car As soon as the rear corner entered the road, it was hit by a car speeding from behind. Fortunately, no one on either side was injured and the damage to the vehicle was minimal. I say this to remind latecomers that if you drive out of this garage onto the road, it is very necessary to ask the person in the car to get out of the car and direct the reverse from behind! In particular, I would like to praise the hotel staff, a young and handsome man, who gave us great help. After the car collided, I called 112 and called the police. While waiting for the police to arrive, this staff member discovered that we had been involved in a traffic accident, and took the initiative to ask and help us. He repeatedly comforted me verbally, called 112 to inquire about the arrival time of the police, and helped us find and print relevant documents on the car in advance. After arriving at the scene, he helped us translate and communicate and negotiate with the police. With his help, we successfully obtained the traffic accident report. We occupied him for a long time during the entire process and I wanted to thank him, but he just said it was his job and no thanks were needed. This makes us very touched! This hotel is definitely our only choice next time we come to Budapest!

Advantages: The location is very good, just by the river, the room is bright and the floor height is very good The Russian restaurant in the hotel is delicious, and another Latin American restaurant is very low cost and the service is poor. The Hungarian restaurant in front of the hotel is very recommended, quite delicious, the service is warm and very cost-effective! Disadvantages: Hotel service is general, we did not order or eat breakfast (because we can't get up in the morning), actually said that we used two breakfasts to charge 90 euros. We said that check the monitoring, eat or not to let the facts talk, it will not be enough. Check out the city tax, collect the euro but do not find change, there are euro change in the cash register, just don't find it, huh, huh There was no shower in the room, there was a bathtub, and it was very inconvenient to wash your hair. It was very cold at the end of October, the hotel did not have heating, the air conditioner in the room was old and did not heat up, and it was not hot for one night, but it still caught a cold. Decisively leave the store and do not continue to live.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to public transportation. The tram is right across the street and the Metro station just a short walk away. You can also walk across to the other side of town where all the stores and restaurants are by using the Chain Bridge. However the bridge was closed for pedestrians last month, not sure if it is now open. Our room was a good size and we had a beautiful view of the Danube river and the Parliament. The small balcony outside our window needed to be cleaned though, as there were spider webs everywhere. Realized that after I stuck my head outside to look at the view.. You can also look outside the window in the hallway when you get off the elevators. It has a nice view of the castle at night. Bathroom was fine, there was a nice bathtub with a nice shower but I found the bathtub very high and it took me extra effort to climb in and out. Never had that problem before but for some reason this tub was not easy to climb into. The breakfast had many yummy choices. There were not many changes in what they offered everyday, but still they had many choices and also many different coffees you could prepare on the machine. Front desk staff were cordial and one young man in particular was very helpful with everything that we needed. I don't remember his name but he was in his 30s I believe with a goatie. All in all we enjoyed our stay! The only thing we wished is that this hotel had a pool, but oh well!
