I stayed one night in this resort the area is very nice peaceful I like the room and breakfast. Sadly I am sorry to say the customer service in this hotel is ZERO!! Check in process was hassle staff did not gave me any hotel orientation since this resort is in big area orientation is most important. Letter manager came and escorted me to the room he was very nice. I order a glass of milk for my baby the cost was like too expensive as if I ordered Gold plated milk. I called reception for the breakfast timing the lady on the phone sound so rude!! During check out they did not even asked how was my stay was, the lady sitting on guest relation did not even smile at last I said thank you to all but no reply from anyone.!! It is very Sad that KGH group is that bad??? I’ve never thought of that. Management really need to look in to this matter their staff required Hospitality Training.

Jhapad,Rohit, Bikash, Nisto they are very kind and professional. They always checked if the food was okay and asked if he needed anything. Thank you for your care. Thanks to them, I was able to have a comfortable meal. I totally recommend the hotel breakfast restaurant.

I have stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. It is a hidden gem: close enough to the stupa to enjoy but not so close that you get the noise. The staff is friendly and efficient, the breakfast good and the beautiful garden a oasis of calm. My favorite hotel in Kathmandu

Hotel Sabrina has exceeded my expectations and is great value for money in Kathmandu. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the facilities, including the bathroom, are excellent. All rooms have a separate balcony to sit and enjoy the view over the city and the nearby mountains. The rooftop restaurant, which is far above the roofs of the surrounding buildings, is the hotel's unique selling point. The ambience and the outstanding quality of the food invite you to linger. In addition, there is a cosy infinity pool and a very well-stocked fitness centre. I visited the latter almost every day during my stay and was very happy with the high-quality equipment. The hotel is located in the much quieter north of the city. Nevertheless, it is easily accessible by public transport, taxis and Pathao, the Nepalese Uber app. For day hiking, the beautiful Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park is basically just around the corner. Shivapuri Peak, at 2,732 meters altitude, overlooks the whole of Kathmandu valley and offers stunning views of the Langtang Massif, including the Langtang peak at 7,234 meters altitude. Finally, I would like to highlight the staff. Rarely have I experienced such helpful, friendly and attentive service personnel. Individual requests were always addressed, and I was also given great support with special requests. For example, I had forgotten my headphones on my plane and needed help to reach the Lost and Found Office. The staff then assisted me to research the correct contact numbers and organized a car to bring me to the airport and back to reclaim my headphones. Overall: A fantastic stay, and next time I come to Nepal, I will definitely come back here!

The hotel is not big, the environment is quiet, the Tara statue in the lobby makes us feel safe and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and I would like to praise the hotel guy, who is warm and hospitable, considerate of customers, and tries to meet all requirements. Our group of 6 people are very satisfied. Warm reminder: You need to bring your own toiletries, and there is a lack of hot water for washing.

Stayed for a few days, looks like this hotel just had a renovation ( everything) is new and clean The staff was very help full and friendly The room which i stayed in was perfectly clean and new bedsheets and towels were provided it also had a balcony;) City centre is like 35 min walking and by car/bike 10min. Will definitely book this hotel again when i visit Kathmandu.

When I got off the bus, I was put on the white Hada by the hotel staff. It felt great. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very good. The booked room does not include breakfast, I don't know how the breakfast is, everything else is fine.

Royal Astoria Hotel is in a pretty good location as city life becomes more populated, it's just about 20 minutes of drive from central Thamel,I enjoyed the food, and the a**osphere around the hotel is just perfect with a wonderful garden, The hotel staff are very friendly ..I highly recommend for Royal Astoria Hotel.
