Hotel pequeño, excelente ubicacion, personal atento y eficiente, habitacion amplia y limpia, desayuno con muchas opciones y de calidad. Relacion precio calidad inmejorable. Super recomendable. Volveremos sin dudarlo. Solo por señalar una pequeña recomendacion a mejorar: enchufe, cable del telefono estaban rotos con lo cual pondria un poco mas de atenciona esos detalles que quizas no estan acordes con todo lo demas que esta muy muy bien.

O hotel nos surpreendeu. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, atenção especial para Guillermo. Como o nosso quarto já estava disponível nos deixaram subir antes do horário do checking. O quarto extremamente espaçoso, com muitos pontos de apoio, varanda. Colchão muito confortável, cortinas vedam a luminosidade a noite. O nosso quarto no quinto andar era silencioso. Café da manhã com frutas frescas (que eu valorizo muito), pãezinhos e medialuna deliciosa. Éramos em 3 pessoas e nos deram 3 chaves. Um fim de tarde minha mãe idosa, que não fala nem portunhol voltou antes para o hotel, sem chave, se fez entender e lhe deram uma quarta chave. Para finalizar esqueci dólares e euros no cofre (achava que era 150 dólares e 400 euros mas quando abriram o cofre era 350 dólares e 700 euros) que foram entregues pessoalmente pelo gerente para uma amiga que foi para Buenos Aires. Ofereci 50 dólares a Guillermo quem me ajudou com todo o trâmite mas não aceitou. Super recomendo, nos sentimos (minha mãe, filha e eu) seguras e amparadas.

Ficamos na pascoa nesse hotel. Uma ótima opção em Pallermo. Da pra ir a pe ate pallermo soho, o hotel e novo, super confortável, atendimento cordial. Tivemos incluido na diaria o cafe da manhã, que era muito bem, bem completo. Voltaremos com certeza

Viemos passar a Páscoa e ficamos felizes pela escolha. Além de muito bem localizado, próximo a comercio local, o hotel possui acomodações espaçosas, renovadas, limpas, café da manhã muito bom e atendimento excelente. Certamente voltaria para cá.

We stayed at the Hotel Bys Palermo for three nights at the front end of our trip to Argentina and then again for seven nights at the tail end. We were very satisfied with the hotel and its amenities. The rooms were clean and a good size. The wifi worked very well. The breakfast that is included is of a very good quality and has a wide selection. The front desk staff were very helpful with providing recommendations for local restaurants and answering any other general questions. The only thing keeping me from giving a score of five out of five is the fact that the water in the roof top pool was a little cloudy, leaving me with the impression that it may not have been tended to in a little while. We would definitely return to this hotel if we were to return to Buenos Aires.

Vine 3 veces y viene en decadencia en todo sentido. Personal, mantenimiento y comodidad en descenso. El trato de recepción fue malisimo, groseros y poco atentos. El baño poco mantenido, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba. El desayuno poco variado y feo. Relación precio/calidad no vale la pena, por la misma plata encontras opciones hoy por hoy muchísimo mejores.

Absolutamente perfecto para lo que puedes esperar de un hotel 4 estrellas, tiene lo justo y necesario. La atención del personal de recepción es excelente, son cálidos y resuelven tus necesidades. El desayuno está incluido en la tarifa, es básico pero bueno. Tiene una piscina en el último piso que podría tener mejor mantenimiento y necesitan un update urgente de los amenities. Mi conclusion: Por relación costo / Beneficio volveré una y mil veces a Hotel Bys Palermo

The hotel is located in Palermo. We stood in a very spacious room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is allways ready to help. The hoyel is very clean. The only negative pount was the hair dryier that didnt work well. The room was silent. Dont know if its the same un the rooms facing the main street. Would come back!
