This hostel is very good for location and all amenities At the top 7 floors you can see the bird eye view of Recoleta Cemetry .There are a lot of restaurants,kiosk and supermarkets surrounding . The room is nice and cozy . There are elevator from ground to all upper floor as well . Recommend this hostel if you plans to stay in Buenos Aires

We like the location and cleaning of the room. The focus was on locomotive facility,the pretty privileged place with good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The shopping next door was another highlight. Very good.

A group of friends have stayed here four times now, when using Buenos Aires as a stopover point for an onward return journey to the south of Santa Cruz Province. I reviewed last year but thought an update would be pertinent. The hotel has around 55 rooms and once again provided clean, spacious accommodation, good showers and great breakfast options. The staff were efficient, though some of the desk staff could perhaps smile a little ? ! This time round on our first stay we were allocated a room (202) facing the road. We found this very noisy and did not get good sleep during our two night stay. On our return leg we were in a more familiar room (806) location facing the back of residential accommodations. Not exactly picturesque but far quieter. So, whilst the location and hotel are good and only a 10 minute walk to Recoleta Cemetery, National Art Gallery, restaurants, cafes, etc unless you are a city person and used to the noise, try and make sure you get a room away from the road!

Ficamos 2 noites de passagem, na ida e volta de Ushuaia. Hotel super bem localizado e bem arrumado. Apenas a 2a cama extra (que era um sofá pequeno ) poderia ser melhor. O recepcionista Xavier foi super atencioso e nos deu ótimas dicas da região e de restaurantes. Excelente profissional !

Hotel is very well-located and the attendants are very helpful. The check in/check out were done very quickly and the attendant Carlos is very polite and give us wise tips. The hotel seems modern, the rooms are big enough and the breakfast is served in a really good range of hours which allow us to take our time on that.

The rooms are nice and clean but the amenities are poor for the price. The managemant staff is exceedingly rude and unsympathetic to problems. I was the water park getting onto a tube ride and while helping me into the tube the my hand slipped out of the attendents hand and I fell backwards hitting my lower back on the cement steps. I was is extreme agony and could barely breathe. I didn't know it at the time but I had broken a bone in my back. The attendent asked me if I could walk down the 5 flights of stairs and I told him I could barely move. He said the oly way down then is in the tube on the ride which I was forced to do. It was excruciating. At the bottom of the ride I told that attendent what happened and he told me to go to the health center in the hotel. He should have called security to help me back to the hotel. My daughter slowly helped me back to the hotel. I was told to file a report with security who took me to the clinic in the hotel. I thought they would have someone look at it especially since they were partially responsible, but I was told I could either pay by credit card or charge the visit to my room. I was supposed to stay 2 more days but decided to leave a day early to be examined back in the US at a doctor I knew. They would not refund the last day of my stay but had the nerve to offer me a ”late checkout” for a day that was already paid for. To add insult to injury they overcharged me $50/day which I luckily caught before I left. They explained that when the census of the hotel goes up the computer automatically raise the rates, despie the fact that my room confirmation had a different rate. So if you go to the Hyatt go over your final bill very carefully.

Un hotel estilo boutique de Europa , céntrico, fenomenal las habitaciones, fenomenal el personal, las camas enormes las habitaciones grandes, el desayuno estilo boutique pero muy rico todo. Cuando vuelva a Buenos Aires iré a este hotel y traere a mis clientes. Precio muy bien.
