The staff was very friendly Change of room without any problems because of the non-closable intermediate door, even in a much more comfortable apartment without extra charge!
The location is ok, walking distance to the beach or supermarket only recommended as a good walker.
Breakfast is rich and balanced. Adjusted to the price but also not given.
The cleanliness in the room, however, borderline. strong stains on the floor and on the walls, balcony door not closable completely warped, stains on the walls and the curtains actually to dispose of. There are many corners where you have to renew and repair something.
In the spa area solarium and steam bath broken during the whole stay. The entire area didn't appear to be cleared throughout the day, no more cups for provided water and mess in the evenings. overfilled laundry bags ect.
You can use your own cups ;)
The price is not extremely cheap and that gives you the feeling that there is more to it than that. However, there are a lot of little things that don't mean that you can't recover. There were very nice days, it remains a feeling of a shame because with a little more effort you could get regular guests. We'll try something different next time, but if there's nothing we'd come back. Too bad, a lot of potential wasted.

Mooi architecturaal gebouw, zowel de binnen als de buitenkant. Mag ook wel voor die prijs. Laat je niet verleiden door de hotelnaam: duinen zijn er niet en enkel met de wagen geraak je aan de zee/duin. Maar dan het verblijf als gast… zomerterras vol ka****n op een zeldzame zomeravond: geen kaars op de tafel brandt! Een pinda of chips bij de bestelling ware ook leuk. In de badkamer de grote universele shampoobus die je ook in een standaardhotel krijgt. De bar sluit erg vroeg. Parking staat snel vol dus reken daar niet op…

Nous avons fait l'ouverture de cet hôtel il y a quelques années, malheureusement il n'est plus aussi luxueux qu'à l'époque...le petit déjeuner à diminué de moitié et reste très cher pour ce qui est proposé...les chambres sont propres mais les terrasses ne le sont pas du tout...les membres du personnel ne parlent toujours pas un mot de français, aucune chaînes télé dans notre langue (à l'heure des smart tv et pour un hôtel 4 étoiles on peut s'attendre à mieux). C'est vraiment dommage car hôtel hyper bien situé, calme et qui mériterait un coup de frais pour donner envie de revenir.

Lekker ruime kamer met een grote badkamer. Ook een terrasje buiten op de 1e verdieping overdekt! De airco deed het prima! Ruime lounge en mogelijkheid voor een uitgebreid ontbijt! Fietsendief was een makkie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je kunt in het gebouw zitten waar je wil en er is een ruim binnenterras.

Ganz ehrlich gesagt, kann ich dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Das Schwimmbad war sehr unhygienisch, was unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt hat. Beim Auschecken haben wir alle Kosten bar bezahlt, aber leider die Rechnung vergessen. Kurze Zeit später erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der ich aufgefordert wurde, Fahrkosten in Höhe von 18 € zu bezahlen. Zusätzlich zu dieser Rechnung wurden 21 € berechnet, ohne dass klar war, wofür diese Kosten entstanden sind. Ich habe das Hotel per E-Mail kontaktiert und nachgefragt, wofür die zusätzlichen 21 € sind, da wir bereits alles bezahlt hatten. Die Antwort deutete darauf hin, dass alles erledigt sei. Doch dann erhielt ich eine weitere E-Mail mit einer neuen Rechnung mit 39 €. Bis heute ist mir unklar, woher die zusätzlichen 21 € kommen und warum wir überhaupt nochmal Parkgebühren zahlen sollen, obwohl wir diese am Tag der Abreise bereits beglichen haben. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Das einzige Positive an diesem Hotel ist das Erscheinungsbild. Außen sieht es sehr schön aus und innen ist es auch nicht schlecht. Und nicht zu vergessen, das Personal war freundlich Ich hoffe, diese Bewertung hilft anderen Gästen, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen.

Goede locatie. Parking beschikbaar (wel jammer dat hotelgasten hiervoor moeten betalen). Restaurant beschikbaar, maar je kan beter buiten het hotel eten. Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamer Het binnenzwembad met wellness is een pluspunt.

Nice hotel roughly 2000 meter away from ànd the beach ànd the historical center of Burgh-Haamstede. The Hotel is pretty large so doesn’t really have a romantic holiday vibe to it. Breakfast is good, restaurant okay, staff friendly and professional

Das „Grand Hotel“ machte auf den ersten Blick den Eindruck einer gehobenen Seniorenresidenz. Der Parkplatze war von Fahrrädern überflutet, im Hotel wimmelte es von Hunden jeglicher Größe. Das Essen im Restaurant war wenig gewürzt und übersichtlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war abgegrast und schlecht gepflegt. Großes Zimmer , gute Betten, sehr ordentliches Bad. Das ganze Stockwerk war mit Teppich ausgelegt, in unserem Zimmer mit großem Fleck an der Tür - wir hatten keinenHund dabei.. Der Loungebereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet in Blautönen. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit:-)

Un peu vieillot mais propre et agréable Seulement le restaurant un peu chere pour une qualité moyenne. Notre chambre etait grande et bien aménagée . un lit d'un confort moyen et des oreillers malheureusements trop souple. Petit déjeuner qui n'est pas digne d'un quatre étoiles.
