Burnley

What have you done to the "Premier" Inn!! We as a business travel around the UK staying in a Premier Inn from Thurso to Kent. Since you decided to close restaurants and expand the room capacity for more profit, your standards have steadily fallen from a steady decline to a nosedive. I don't blame managers or staff (if you can find any) but Whitbread, your decisions will ultimately close the chain with people finding alternative accommodation due to the lack of a relaxing restaurant. Food at Burnley was inedible, possibly because we waited 1hr 45m to be served our main courses, food obviously left under a lamp. We will be finding alternative accommodation ASAP, you've had your chances, non-league Inn will not be an option for us any more.

Tired hotel and falling below Premier Inn's usual standards. Breakfast was cancelled due to kitchen staff going home with food poisoning. Surprised to be told that by staff, when they could have given an excuse. Perhaps a case of honesty possible not the best policy.

The room was as expected at the Premier Inn. It was clean and functional. The staff at the adjoining Brewers Fayre restaurant were efficient and cheerful, particularly Krystal. The meal deal offered by the Premier Inn was worth having, £27 for a 2 course evening meal, a drink, and full breakfast.

The rooms are a little out dated but the staff and food at the restaurant make up for it. 10 nights and had an excellent meal each night. The staff were so friendly and the chef was great. Would highly recommend. Out of all the Premier Inn did I've eaten this place is the best. They just need to update the rooms.

Every member of staff encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Next time I go though, I would request a room on the first floor as it could get a bit noisy with footsteps from above. The evening meal and breakfast at the Next Door pub was lovely. They catered very well for my gluten-free needs.

We were moved to tears by the care of the staff here. Having booked to stay for a few days because of a bereavement, we couldn’t believe the treats and kind note left for our children after their Grandad’s funeral. Huge thank you to Claire and the team. We’ve stayed before and hope to stay again in the future!

I would like to thank the team that did everything possible to help, we had been biking from Liverpool to Leeds and we was absolutely wet through. The team Krystal, Clair, Holly & Simon offered to dry all our clothes and they were also fantastic hosts. Big thanks

We arrived very early after horrendous weather and looked very wet and windblown. All staff moved heaven and earth to get our room ready and so we could also have a cooked breakfast. They were really helpful, kind,considerate and friendly.

Krystal and Simon were fantastic in welcoming me to the hotel. They explained the meal and breakfast times clearly. While you might think that's just part of their job, they did it with such a warm, friendly smile – something you don't always experience.
