Toilet was not clean properly . Beadsheets were dirty . Very unprofessional staff . Breakfast was not ready on time . If you talk about the kettle in the room it was like 50 years old with mold inside .

Strategic hotel in town. Near with otopark. But the parking rate quite expensives. Breakfast was good. Staff is good and very helpful.

Made a reservation and paid online for triple room ( 3 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed).
However upon check in was only given a double bed room, was told this was because i made a booking for 2 adults and 1 child.
Told the receptionist and gave him the proof of booking a triple room (EXPECTING IT TO BE 3 BEDS or 1 DOUBLE BED AND 1 SINGLE BED) however was told that it is not possible as it was written 2 adults and 1 child.
I am extremely frustrated as i was not given the triple room as i have already booked a triple room with trip.com. no refund what so ever.
It was not comfortable at all to sleep in a double bed with 3 persons in it even though the 3rd person is a child.
