The facilities are clean as a whole. Very good, because it is very close to Haenv Village~ but the only downside seems to be that the room is a bit cramped~ Other than that, everything is fine!

I used the Browndot longevity store and booked it in the view direction. ...ㅜ The view was completely ㅠ and the bathroom floor was so slippery that I really didn't sleep the day before. It would be great ㅠ It was good to have breakfast, but I went and just got off the coffee in front of the counter and took a simple bread and a room to eat ㅠ Anyway, I rested well

It is close to Songjeong Beach and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room and bathroom are spacious, and although it is old, it is very cheap, so it is good value for money.

This will be my second stay. Open the curtain and go to the veranda ... From the front, you can see the sea and beach of Haeundae, the high-rise buildings along the coast 🏙️, and the bridge of Guangan-ri 🌉 in the back at once. I woke up every morning and was impressed that the sea was waiting for me like this, and I can see that I was healed by the beautiful seaside and the sea breeze😃🫶✨Thank you very much♪

The place is in a great location that js close to many things and the beach. The room was mostly clean without a TV, and the bathroom was very spacious. The beds were so soft, which made it perfect for a restful night of sleep. The weird part was the small elevator and hallways with interesting smelling carpet and having to go to the first floor to eat because we couldn't bring food to our rooms. Overall, it's pretty good for the money spent.

The hotel room looked nothing like it looked in the images. The first room I was giving the toilet had urine on the seat. My room was changed . While the bathroom and room it self was clean . The cleaning could be better. The room itself was dusty and the towels looked well used . The bedding as well could have been better. The bed was comfy and big . And the breakfast was okay for a vegetarian, basic but filled me up for the day of travel . The checking staff could be more friendly and welcoming . The location is close to the station and it’s easy to use the buses to get to place however it is far away from the beach areas . Downside of the room no hanging space and not full length mirror .

The check in process and service levels from the property really bring this from a 5 star stay to a 2 star. A property with lots of potential but not letting guests check in until 4pm and then wanting them gone by 11am sharp the next morning simply isn’t right. We arrived at midday and tried to check in early which was denied. Even though the room was empty from 1pm onwards. Poor service when we tried to contact them. Room itself is very nice, good WiFi, hot water and a comfortable bed. But the service makes me not want to return.

Location is near a train station. Hotel room is very small. The luggage could not be placed on the floor, much less open it. It was really climbing into bed after entering the room because of the lack of space. Toilet door is awkwardly designed. The user cannot clearly look out as it is opaque at that end. However, the guest standing outside the toilet can see everything inside clearly. In addition, the staff cannot converse or understand English. So it was difficult getting them to understand what I was asking. I gave up after a while. Breakfast staff seemed to be overwhelmed all the time. And they were very strict with the closing time despite the fact that they were unable to cope with the number of guests standing outside waiting for vacant tables. It was not worth the amount paid during the Christmas season for the space and services provided. The next hotel I went to after Layers was so different in comparison and the prices were way reasonable
