Location ia excellent as its next to Subway Haeundae Station and near to Bus stop which it can take you to gancheon village direct. HOTEL LOBBY LOCATED AT 6F Theres convenience store on the ground floor n alot of eateries along the road which can lead you to the beach. The room is clean and huge with seperate Living room, balcony with washing machine, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom is huge too with bathtub but lack of amenities due to sustainability. Great for familes. Good choice n would stay here again in Busan.

LCT Residence is a “smart” and upscale beachfront condo-hotel that manages units basically up to the 94th floor. We stayed on the 82nd, where my ears popped in the elevator ride each time. One plus is that in bad weather, everything can be found at LCT Mall with fast food a block North; following the boardwalk below, there are plenty of “eats” on the stroll West to the traditional heart of Busan, halfway to Bumin hospital. After the typhoon Hinnamnor this week, Haeundae breakwater’s totally ripped up /gone. Albeit a half hour subway ride from Busan KTX station, I chose this place because of its location close to both traditional and modern features of Busan, without losing livability. Unlike many accommodations in Asia, it is wheelchair accessible and fits families of four or more in a condo—many owned by Chinese we saw. It is digitally operated in every possible frustrating way; but still, it’s generally a bit more reliable or cleaner than AirBnB (at a cost). Each residence accommodates a couple or family—up to 6 people—with common living, kitchen and laundry facility in unit with spectacular views of Haeundae Beach. LCT is not listed but shares a driving entrance with Signiel towers: comprising the Landmark Tower (a.k.a. BusanX observatory and mall—facing the Oceanside “boardwalk”). Dining and Starbucks are shared at the rear top of BusanX (LCT observatory) Tower. Better try Grand Josun’s though; we circled around our building here to beachfront, where tourists pay an arm and a leg for the paid-access elevator—in the same tower! LCT is 25 minutes from the subway station on Gunam-ro, nearest to Jungdo station (12 minutes’ walking)—just one stop past the Haeundae station (sound of seagulls blaring for cash fare payers on line 2). We arrived early after the overnight Jeju ferry and deposited our baggage; management left it in our unit before afternoon check-in. We used station Exit 5 at a main intersection to walk past yellow Emart and Medical Center buildings. Turning right at the corner at the next lights (new Haeundae tower) it was 8 minutes crossing to walk past the 7-Eleven and Jeju-lavarock waterfall to the final glass tower on the right. You need a Korean SIM card to dial management, and a person will meet you in the lobby. The entry is not visible from the road at the corner of the last Landmark Tower LCT building—nearest the underground parking and bike racks beside a circular large rainbow, beyond the gallery and metal cubist sculpture. (Management will ask you to sit and wait on the black sofas toward the left corner of the security desk). A few strange things about LCT Residence though is that “upgrade” could risk losing a room, which meant one of my kids had to sleep on a spare futon provided without linen on the floor. Additionally, management only spoke Korean and could not understand my complaints except via Google /Kakao Translate. If you don't read Korean you will be stuck, good luck. There was no clear guideline on how to get to the unit. I tried Kakao messaging them but there was only this bot replies. The only communication method was via the Agoda app and luckily they could reply usually within 10 minutes or so, still i was stuck on how to reach to the floor despite all those passcodes, QR codes given. This should be helpful to you all. First to note - check in isnt until 4PM and your code entering into the apartment won't be activated before that. I arrived at 11AM on Busan KTX, went towards exit 10 for G7 Marina, it is a footbridge towards that building. If you need to store your luggage then enter into building B (just go all the way down the foot path to the left and you will see building B). Upon entering turn left and the storage area is to the right side. Use the pin code given by the property (mine was via Agoda messaging service). First tap on the panel then press the 4 digits, then you will get in. Don't listen to their instruction on going up to 4/F using the lift from the luggage storage area cuz it won't work the building management has blocked it. Instead go to Ba*****t 1 car park and go from the parking lot to locate either block A or block B. Now you need 2 sets of password (also given by the property) to enter (first 4 digits, then you will hear a bunch of korean, then enter the latter 4) then the door will open. Upon entering go to 4/F common area, switch to another set of elevator to the left, those are the ones going up to the apartments. Mine was on 49/F floor so I have to press 49, THEN use the QR code to activate it (this part was never explained to me by anyone so i was stuck like a ******). If you dont have luggage with you then you can walk up from 3/F luggage room to reach the 4/F common area. That was the hard part, now to the room review. Amazing facility all digital and high-tech, amazing view i have the entire apartment to myself. A open kitchen, walk in closet, clothes dryer washer, BIG tv with netflix everything you wish for in a dream apartment really. Now that I know exactly how to reach this place i would stay here whenever i visit Busan. It's so affordable USD80 for a night for a 70sq ft apartment you'd kidding me!!!

Really dry air, made me ill. Hated the way the shower was set up attached to the mirror and over the sink. Other than that I thought it was excellent. Washing machine was a huge convenience. YouTube and Netflix can be viewed on the tv. Soft bed. Huge fridge. Balcony (no smoking sign posted). Excellent location, tons of shops around. No daily housekeeping. There is no front desk staff, the key code is emailed to you. If they’d put a small humidifier in the room I’d stay here again

Location is the best point here! It’s really close to Seomyeon station exit 12 and this exit has a lift as well. Convenience store (emart) on the ground floor. Laundry machine and laundry rack available inside the room/studio, but no detergent provided (you can go to daiso and get a small pack for 1000 won) The washroom was a lot smaller than expected.. not the best design. The sink is outside of the washroom, so it is a bit inconvenient. Sink water was super slow to drain… and I was only provided 1.5 half roll of toilet paper for 3 nights.. Iuckily daiso sold them in rolls. Cleanliness.. just okay and could improve. Lots of small specs on the bedsheets and top cover had a light stain.

A staff in the reception was kind and helpful though but the cleaning staffs were not following the standard of guest service. We left few things in the refrigerator and checked out, then we realized that we’ve missed the things in the room. We called and asked for the receptionist if it is found however it never returned back as we were informed that the cleaning staffs could not find it (whilst thanking to the receptionist for reminder call since we’ve requested for searching out). Except this, overall it is good enough considering to the price. Just few meter behind of the beach and few meters closed to the train station (blueline tour train).
