Room is clean but aged. Drinking water provided once only, not replenish daily.
Not feeling welcome by reception as they appeared to be robotic and just doing what they are paid to do.
Kettle provided, no mini fridge.
No F&B outlet nearby, just a 3rd party run restaurant next to hotel lobby.
20 mins walk to city center.
Below par Accors hotel.

Stayed here for a week! Location, restaurant and staff are great. Rooms are spotless. However pool changing room, pool area could've been cleaner! The pool is quite small(looks bigger in photos)and was busy the times I used it(school holidays). I would stay here again!

My family and I enjoy facilities in Hotel, especially indoor swimming pool with sauna 👍, restaurant is really nice environment and good food.
The band of shower gel, shampoo and hand washing is very nice, the smell is good 💖
But unfortunately, our room air conditioner out of control, we only use fans in our hotel room 🤯 I can’t expect in our trip😅
Although our bathroom has a tub, it hasn’t stopper. I want to reception ask for it , staff told me arrange a maintenance visit next day, no show.
I think it just sometime happens, the hotel is nice and location is good too.

The best hotel we ever stayed. There's a pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and many more. The room is clean and other communal facilities. The service is superb. No problems with checking in and checking out. Plus free gifts to kids. We will definitely come back. The hotel deserves to be a 5star

First impressions of this hotel was very good. The room was lovely, friendly staff and everything was clean throughout hotel. Facilities were amazing especially the pool including sauna and steam-room. Easy 5 minute walk into Cardiff city centre, would definitely recommend and 100% will be going back.

The hotel has nice swimming pool and jacuzzi! We enjoyed it a lot! Parking is very convenient as well.

Very business, comfortable, nice. Booked for a friend, close to the school, convenient location and good service. The environment is good, the hygiene is good, the service is good, and the overall feeling is very good!
