O fato de não ser permitido fumar nos quartos fez toda diferença pra min e minha esposa. Roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. Pra nós, o detalhe, é o Estacionamento. Pois se você sair para passear, por exemplo, sua vaga não fica garantida. Se chegar um outro hóspede, ocupa sua vaga, mesmo que você tenha ainda mais 2 dias pra ficar hospedado

Não tenho o que reclamar, foi tudo ótimo na minha estadia, limpeza ok, organização ok. Só tenho algumas sugestões o café da manhã poderia ter outras opções no cardápio e o ofurô estava com muito cloro que manchou o meu biquíni ☹️ Sei que o cloro é fundamental mas o excesso fez com que isso acontecesse.

Foi maravilhoso do início ao fim, hotel alto padrão, ótimo café da manhã, limpeza impecável, atendimento ótimo só agradecer por ter sido tão bem recebida, fui a pé pra praia do forte, e mais perto ainda é a praia das dunas! Logo irei retornar mas com meu grupo de excursão

Colocar opção chocolate e balas para inteirar a diária dos colaboradores corporativas, porque muito das vezes não temos opção a não ser a janta e perdemos o restante. As únicas opções que tem é para comprar por fora da diária da empresa, ou seja, do próprio dinheiro

Muito boa! Porém atentar para detalhes, como o que está em manutenção no hotel, tem que ser comunicado na reserva. Também atentar no check out, pois acabei deixando o hotel, por descuido meu, claro, um dia antes. Mas facilmente teria sido resolvido e me dado conta, se no checkout tivessem perguntado por exemplo, o pq eu estava saindo antes. Se tive algum problema com o hotel por exemplo. Instigar o hóspede.

A experiência foi considerada mediana. O banheiro do quarto tem mofo e eu tenho rinite alérgica, a cama nao é confortável, o café da manhã não estava bom, o tempero de alguns alimentos como o molho de salsicha entre outros estava forte. Porém o chuveiro é excelente, o hotel possui uma boa garagem, funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a te trazer uma experiência única enquanto hóspede.
