A gem of a small boutique hotel in a great location & good area. Rooms are unique & although the building old the bathroom modern & the beds very comfortable. Great service & very attentive & helpful staff. There are several restaurants within the hotel, offering a diverse option of cuisines. Breakfast is served in the Carlos restaurant & excellent. My only criticism, after enjoying one cocktail & making the decision to come back & eat later, they charged all of the service & local taxes but worse a cover charge. This small incident left me a bit annoyed & needless to say, I didn't go back to eat. Other than this small thing I had a lovely experience staying here & would highly recommend.

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

A great time spent. Although it was short. Loved the space provided for us and the kids were happy / comfortable. Would recommend to others to stay for sure. Cant wait to come back again.

How should I put it, the environment is average, a bit old, and not suitable for this price range. It needs to be updated and renovated. A hotel full of experience The room is not big but overall it is pretty good. The bath water is also okay. The price/performance ratio is super high. Opposite is the Mina Palace You can see the pyramid from the breakfast area. It’s very nice to take pictures in the morning. I recommend everyone to take photos and check in from there. The most satisfying hotel in Egypt, the main attraction is the view. It is recommended to go for it if you have enough budget. The hotel front desk check-in is very fast. The pool bar and restaurant service are also in place. It is worth mentioning that the dinner at the 139 restaurant, grilled lamb chops and sea bass are highly recommended. The breakfast is very ordinary. However, the experience of eating and watching the pyramids is really wonderful. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast and dinner here, just to enjoy the unique view in the not-so-hot breeze. Attached are the pictures of the morning and evening for reference. The room is very ordinary, about the same level as the first batch of five-star hotels in China, don't have too high expectations. Again, the main attraction is the view.
